Looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join accounts and finance team for a #Bengaluru based startup. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience with accounting software, and the ability to manage regular accounting and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including entries, vouchers, and reconciliations. Prepare and maintain weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly financial reports. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Ensure accuracy in books of accounts and timely closure of periods. Assist in statutory compliance, audits, and documentation. Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and reporting requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: B.Com/M.Com or CA Intermediate. Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel. Working knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping. Ability to prepare and analyze periodic reports. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Experience or working knowledge of Zoho Books. Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance (preferred). Compensation: Salary: As per industry standards, based on experience and skill set. It is a work from office role.
