He is a winner of regional English olympiad and TedX curator in Samarkand. In the future, Khushnud wants to establish a better quality and acccessible healthcare system in Uzbekistan. Madina is a Vice President of Student Government at Khiva Presidential school. She is the winner of multiple math competitions such as SEAMO and AIMO, as well as a recipient of “Zulfiya” award. Anna is a Global UGRAD 2022 finalist and a recipient of St Petersburg Government Award and winner of All-Russian National Olympiads. What are the reasons most people fail while applying to foreign universities? Let's take a look! ⤵️ 1⃣ - The applicant doesn't meet the academic threshold. Most universities base an admission decision on all aspects of a student's application and not just grades and test scores, but admissions counselors want to know that students have a strong enough foundation to handle challenging courses at their institution. 2⃣ - The application is incomplete. Missing test scores, recommendation letters and other application materials will delay the review process for applicants. 3⃣ - Wrong/False documents were submitted. One of the most common incidents that get a student rejected from the university or the visa office is the submission of invalid, false or wrong documents. Such acts can get a student rejected or in the worst case, banned from entering that country entirely. 4⃣ - There are too many errors.  Don't put Howard University when you're applying to Hampton. Admissions officers may be willing to overlook a minor mistake, but submitting applications filled with typos and errors shows admissions counselors that the applicant isn't serious about their institution, or doesn't have sufficient writing skills. 5⃣ - The student has a record of behavior problems. A lot of universities pay close attention to character, and if students have had issues with suspensions or anything of that regard, that's going to really impact the decision. A suspension isn't an automatic reason for denial. Cell phone violations or tardiness won't have the same impact as a history of fighting or being disruptive in class. 6⃣ - The student ensured work privileges. When selecting a country or university, it is important to understand the regulations associated with the visa permit as well. Different countries have varying restrictions and permission focused on students. It is crucial to recognize the work privileges of your destination and visa. 7⃣ - The student thought he/she is all by him/herself in this. The entire process of going to study abroad is a long one no doubt, and along the way, students often feel like they are alone. Globstudy's Team is here to support you!
