We think the woman is going through the beginning stages of dementia so she'll likely sell for any price. She says she doesn't want to sell individually she wants to sell everything in bulk which is irrational because that is so much money. My mother's husband thinks he can buy it all and flip it for profit. I disagree with his tactic because it's not the White thing to do. I want to help this old woman or at least buy at a fair price even if it is a bargain deal but when I tell my mother's husband $8.50/half is fair and a bargain he hears "oh so I'll offer her $3-$5 a half?" That really disgust me because it just sounds like a kike thing to do. Old woman should not sell, she should pass that wealth down her generational line or keep it buried and file bankruptcy and forget the credit card debt being so old as she is.
