Important : GBA / BBMP Property Tax Portal – SWM User Fee – Latest Update (8 April 2026) Dear All, The GBA / BBMP tax portal has now begun considering multiple options to determine the SWM User Fee, based on the selections made for Q12 A & B. These changes have been enabled today and were not available earlier. Request: As the tax portal is currently evolving and some aspects still require clarification, we recommend deferring the property tax payment until there is clearer guidance. BAF will continue to engage with GBA on this matter and keep everyone informed of further updates. MCs are requested to kindly cascade this information to residents in your communities.
