Pena was removed after lawmakers found him guilty of misconduct in office amid major political & financial crisis linked to the collapse of Ueno Bank. The banking crisis left millions of customers struggling to access their savings, which triggered protests all over the country.

They're not preparing you for disasters, they're preparing themselves. The next coming wars will be digital, they'll no longer be physically fought. Paraguay is an example of the cyber wars amongst other events that happened in the last few days. 3million people (60% of Paraguay's adult population) lost access to everything in their bank accounts including their pension after their largest digital bank collapsed.

I've just been thinking about this, that it's strange that countries are encouraging their citizens to stockpile food, but there's no mention that they must also ensure they've cash in their pockets. What will happen if banks shut down such in this case & people are unable to access their money?
