This is an evaluated essay copy of CSE topper AYUSHI PRADHAN by Navya Mam. She has written all comments etc in the copy. It will help you realise 2 things 1. What worked for toppers, and how did they maintain flow, transition in various dimensions etc 2. You don't need to be extraordinary to score well. Just be good. Good is excellent. If you like this work done by mam (an esteemed faculty, who has created toppers with forumias) who has also already helped our group before, go follow her channel: https://t.me/lifeandcsewithnavya Isn't it so much better than just reading toppers copy? Want me to try and find more such topics for other GS?

This feedback stands out as it shows the analytical mind of the student too! So happy, will keep striving for the best! 40 seats of GS1 left at this price!

🛑🛑 IMPORTANT FOR MAINS 🛑 🛑 Internal security is a very high yielding topic. This 11 pages cover all major headings in It. They are compilation of all diagrams and data in it from topper notes +Topper copies+ data compilations. Surely this 11 pages can give you a easy 5-10 marks boast IF YOU CAN INTERNALISE. As this were created during mains they are too crisp, but you can take a idea as to how you can do it for yourself. (Any doubt in any diagram, feel free to ask) Find other such compilations of good governance, ethics, check pinned post in: https://t.me/upscandbeyondd

#Placesinnews #mapsforPrelims ✅Why in news? Water levels at Lake Kariba in Zimbabwe have dropped dramatically because of the latest El Nino drought. The country's president, Emmerson Mnangagwa, has declared a national disaster. ✅ Discovering Lake Kariba:- 🌸It is the world’s largest man-made lake and reservoir by volume. 🌸It lies along the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. 🌸It is 200 kilometers downstream of Victoria Falls. 🌸The lake was filled following the completion of the Kariba Dam wall at its northeastern end, flooding the Kariba Gorge on the Zambezi River. 🪜Text at @csetopper_helpline for Enrolment into High Yield Test Modules for Prelims based on Source Tracing

Notemaking for Mains : Importance of Newspapers Context: This article was published sometime ago after the Supreme Court's verdict on Child Marriage. Articles like these are extremely important for both Prelims and Mains. This article has all the information that can be used in Prelims, Essay, GS1, GS2, and GS4. Let me show you how. 1. Prelims 👉 Rukhmabai Case. This has also been asked in Prelims 2020. 👉 Age of Consent Act, 1891 ; Child Marriage Restraint Act, 1929; PCMA 2006 👉 These can be found in Spectrum. If you have read it, you might recall. 2. GS1: Child Marriage 👉 Many questions of Indian Society can be answered using this 👉 Facts on Child Marriage: Data by NFHS, UNICEF. Both are the reliable sources that can be quoted in the exam. 👉 Causes of Child Marriage: poverty, emphasis on sexual purity and virginity, etc. 3. GS2: Social Justice 👉 Cases: Yunus Khan, Amrinder Kaur, Jitender Kumar Sharma. 👉 Challenges related to marriages by minors against parental wishes and harassment, etc. 👉 Critical analysis of PCMA. 👉 Legal keywords: Void marriage, Voidable Marriage 👉 Case studies/Examples: Karnataka (2016), Haryana (2020) 👉 Critical viewpoint by the National Coalition for Advocating Adolescent Concerns study. 4. GS4 👉 Example of Rakhmabai Bai can be used in Social Change/Objectivity/Empathy and a dozen other instances. 5. Essay A beautiful anecdote on Rukhmabai Case is a great way to start the essay. It is a unique anecdote that very, very few people would write. In Essay, marks are awarded for uniqueness. Old and outdated examples of Gandhi, and Ashoka are literally written by everyone else, and do not excite the examiner much. 6. Introduction/Conclusion 👉 Recently SC framed guidelines on Child Marriage. This has brought the issue of Child marriage to the forefront once again. 👉 Prevention before protection and protection before penalisation is a much needed relief. My Opinion Now tell me, isn't reading newspapers beneficial for you? We keep running pillar to post for value addition, but forget the most obvious source. Yehi hai value addition. Newspaper reading was relevant even 5 years ago (when there were no current affairs classes gimmick in the market) and will be relevant for all the upcoming years (despite all the costly classes that coachings sell). On top of it, no monthly magazines or compilations cover such topics this way. Articles like this will help you improve your marks by 1-2 marks per question (those who have given Mains earlier know this is huge!!). Reading the newspaper is not an issue, but reading newspaper the wrong way and wasting 2-3 hours is an issue. It is a skill that develops over time, but if you never start, you'll never improve. Bas ab aur kya bolun, itna hi kaafi hai!!

🔍 How Many Questions of Prelims 2026 could be solved by various coaching institutes tests? - We have the answer. 📊 Last year, we at Civil Services Compass launched Test Series Summaries, so that aspirants could revise every Prelims test they wrote, quickly and in one place. After Prelims 2026, we realised something. We had summaries of 150+ tests from various institutes. If we sat with every single test and matched it against the actual paper, we could find out which institute’s tests actually helped, in terms of direct hits in the exam. So that’s exactly what we did. 2 months of research later, the data is ready. Very soon, we will release: ✅ Institute-wise hits ✅ Test-wise hits ✅ Screenshots of every hit, with the exam question placed next to the test question, so you can compare for yourself No opinions. No guesswork. Just question-by-question proof. It took us 2 months of going through paper after paper, so we hope you appreciate the effort! 🙏 Share this with friends who are choosing their test series for 2027. 👉 Join here to get the full analysis first: https://t.me/upscandbeyondd

Working 90 Hours a Week: A Closer Look Here's my opinion on the issue. Sorry for the long read. Hard work is great. Being totally immersed in something you’re passionate about is even better. When you think about any successful person—whether it's a sports star or a business mogul—one thing is clear: they’ve gotten where they are by putting in more hours than most people. Success doesn’t just fall into your lap; it requires dedication and putting in the grind. Whether you're in sports or business, the people who achieve greatness are the ones willing to sacrifice their time, their personal time, or even those mindless hours spent scrolling through social media. The ones who put in the effort are the ones who live the high life, make an impact, and feel the most fulfilled. Even Elon Musk has talked about working 90-100 hours a week, saying it’s key to achieving big things. So, when the head of L&T suggests people should work 90 hours a week, he’s not entirely wrong. He’s pushing his team to work for something bigger—whether it’s for the company, for growth, or to contribute more. But here’s the big question: Betterment for who? Is it for society, for the employees themselves, or is it just for the higher-ups who already get the best of everything? We’re talking about massive salaries, bonuses, lavish perks, foreign trips, extra leave, and company-sponsored getaways. When the L&T chief talks about working 90 hours, he's leaving out a big reality: most of their employees are earning average salaries. Many are already working overtime, stressing about deadlines, and constantly worrying about losing their jobs. After all that hard work, what do they get? A tiny annual raise—maybe 3-4%—which hardly keeps up with inflation. On top of that, it’s easy for executives to forget that most employees don’t have the luxury of outsourcing basic tasks like cooking or cleaning because they can’t afford it. Take Gurgaon(where I live), for example—hiring a maid or a cook is just too expensive for most people. So, if they’re working 90+ hours a week and getting paid poorly for it, where do they find the time to cook or clean? It’s a struggle. And it’s even worse for women, who often juggle work at the office with doing everything at home. In many urban cities, the expectation is still there that women should handle all the household chores, even if they’re working full-time at an MNC. If employees are going to work 90 hours a week, shouldn’t they be paid for it? Today I read that at L&T, while salaries for top management rose by 20.38%, the pay for regular workers only went up by 1.74%. So, while executives are getting big rewards for putting in extra hours, the same can’t be said for the average worker. The real issue here isn’t just about working long hours—it’s about the huge pay gap between executives and the people doing the real work. It's not that the people are lazy or are not driven by purpose. The system feels pretty off-balance. The question is: Who is the corporate world really benefiting? The employees putting in all the effort, or just the ones already at the top? Give a thumbs-up or you are L&T chief’s nephew/niece😂 ~PRASHANT GUPTA (In my next post, I will explain whether UPSC aspirants need to study 90+ hours.)

Have Discipline during preparation. Motivation fades away faster than one’s perfume. Not even last more than 2 hours. 😜😂 Its the discipline to stick to your routine and timetable. If you have decided that you will finish certain portion in a day or in particular time of the day. DO THAT. NO TIME TO MELT AWAY WITH FEELING!! Your competitors are BRUTAL. Ensure that you leave no stone unturned. Do know that your competitors are people who are already in services like in IPS, IRS, IRTS etc. and not only ppl whom you see around ‘enjoying life and chilling’. Many IPS friends have taken EOL to give their best attempt… so to beat them you have to be BRUTAL TOO. Give due respect to this exam. Dont take lightly as one might have done during college days. I have seen many IITians who flunked in prelims and mains and thought that they will clear just like they did in IIT JEE or in IITs. This exam demands different strategy and dedication. Exam has become competitive. So no leeway to feelings. Finally, have confidence in yourself guys. I am just a regular guy who did engg in civil from state govt aided college, not from IIT, IIM or AIIMS. But still I have got 294 in Civil engg, the highest this year in Civil engg. But they are also normal human being just like us. Its just the efforts, dedication and planning which which changes the entire game. And also, its important to rest and enjoy at times. 😌At last we are human and not robot!! But not let it make a habit as someone in comments rightly said.✨ But do know when you are overdoing it. Be honest with yourself. Be disciplined. Good night. Do take good sleeps everyday. Preferably 7 hours sleep.😌

Sample of SFG summary! Note: Remember this is by the same team who could research 55 hits by vision and Vajiram (click here), so just take my advice, prefer quality, sometimes the cost you pay for free or low cost but bad quality material is by the number of years in this cycle! (saying this because since we have launched it everyone has launched summaries, but not up to the required quality- quality pe doubt hoon to really check out this hit page, did anyone research itna ?)
