የሚያስፈልጉ ማስረጃዎች፡-
1. በ2018 የትምህርት ዘመን ሲማሩ ለነበሩ ተማሪዎች፡ የክፍል ዝውውር ካርድ (Class-to-class card)።
2. ለአዲስ የ9ኛ ክፍል ተማሪዎች፡-
ሀ. የ8ኛ ክፍል ሚንስትሪ ውጤት ካርድ (ኦሪጅናል እና ኮፒ)
ለ. የቤተሰብ እና የተማሪ መታወቂያ (ፋይዳ መታወቂያ) (ኮፒ)
ሐ. የቤተሰብ እና የተማሪ ፎቶግራፍ(አንድ አንድ )
መ. ቤተሰብ እና ተማሪ በአካል መገኘት አለባቸው።
ሠ. ዶሴ (ፋይል) በመያዝ ጠዋት 2:00 ጀምረው እንድትመዘገቡ።
