Highlights:
⏺ Dash Platform v2.0 is almost ready for mainnet - community testing will last until June 17; if there are no critical bugs, the mainnet release is scheduled for June 18, 2025.
⏺ Dash Evo Tool : received a complete interface refactoring - closer to Dash QT, faster rendering, auto-refresh for system events and a Dev Mode switch in the settings. A single snap package appeared.
▶️ The plans include final polishing of the UX, expansion of the documentation, collecting feedback from testers - all before the release on June 18.

At the conference ETHDam III in Amsterdam, Joël Valenzuela, a representative of Dash Growth — one of the independent DFOs (Dash Funded Organizations) focused on promoting Dash and expanding its ecosystem — delivered a talk on the evolution of payment technologies.

In his speech, Joël walked the audience through the key stages of money and payment system evolution — from gold to modern decentralized networks.
A special focus, of course, was given to 💙 Dash — one of the first blockchain projects designed for real-world usage, with a strong emphasis on speed, low fees, and reliability.
After more than a decade of continuous development, Dash remains highly relevant — and is now entering a new phase with the launch of Dash Platform a powerful developer stack offering decentralized data storage, usernames, and data contracts at the protocol level. This opens the door for building robust, privacy-focused applications and services — in fintech and beyond — solving many of the current limitations of Web3.

| 8 |  ▶️ Dash Platform v2.0 is now in testnet
This release has previously undergone internal testing by developers, and now the public testing phase has started before launching on mainnet.
The main innovation of the version is tokens (fungible tokens), more details in the documentation

Highlights:
⏺Dash Platform v2.0 is almost ready for the testnet — the team is resolving a known bug and moving towards launching on testnet.
⏺Dash Evo Tool will become even more user-friendly and will receive new features after the release of Platform 2.0.
⏺Dash Core has undergone successful optimization of indexing (performance boost ~10%). Testing of PoSe bans initiated from the platform is underway, along with ongoing integration of governance voting directly via the "Governance" tab.
⏺Pasta has started working on an SPV client for Dash Core in Rust. This is an important step that can significantly improve UI/UX and expand the capabilities of Dash Evo Tool.

- Optimization of RPC quorum rotationinfo and P2P message GETQUORUMROTATIONINFO : now diffs are built sequentially from oldest to newest, which reduces redundancy and improves efficiency
- Fixed a bug with baseBlockHash that caused unnecessary quorum substitutions in responses. This improved the accuracy and compactness of the results.

- Speed up management of deterministic masternode list - significantly reduced response time of RPC requests, especially protx diff
⏺ Changes in P2P protocol
- The cycleHash field in the isdlock message now points to the starting block of the signer's DKG cycle, rather than just the current block height. This is compatible with previous versions of Dash Core, but may be unexpected for other releases, so the P2P protocol version has been bumped to 70237
