Hello SSM friends! The Faculty of Sports Science & Recreation, and the Faculty of Education, Universiti Teknologi MARA will be collaboratively hosting the ACPES 10th International 2024 (ACPES2024) on 18th - 20th September 2024, at the College of Engineering, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. PESS will be organizing a student trip to the 10th ACPES conference (Selangor, Malaysia, ACPES2024 (uitm.edu.my). 75% of the expenses relative to flight, accommodation and registration will be covered (about S$470). This trip is for postgraduate and undergraduate students (e.g., FYP, URECA). It is not mandatory that students present, they can just attend for experience and exposure! For those who wish to deliver an oral presentation, deadline for submission of abstracts has been extended to 15th July. BTW! This Community Class and Exercise Workshop is FREE! While all the sessions are as a Community, there are different types available including High Intensity Resistance Training(HIRT), Power Workouts, Team-Oriented Workouts and Partner-Oriented Workouts. For those who may need a space to study for finals, we understand it may be difficult to find a space in NIE Library or Arc especially in the evenings, Society has booked TRs for your use during this finals period! 📚📝 Venue: TR 503 and TR 504 Date: 24, 25, 26 APR Time: 5PM-10PM Date: 29, 30 APR, 02, 03 MAY Time: 5PM-10PM Please keep the TRs condusive for revision by reducing noise disruptions, disposing all rubbish outside of the TRs and keeping the furniture in their original arrangements. Please leave on time and remember to take all your belongings as the TRs will automatically lock at the end of the night. Thank You and All the best for Finals! 😁😁
