Which are hottest Indian cities amid heatwave?
The IMD has released a list of cities which reported maximum temperature more than 44°C on Monday amid heatwave. Jhansi was the hottest city with the maximum temperature of 46.5°C, followed by Churu's 45.7°C. The other cities include Khajuraho (45.4°C), Nowgong (45°C), Patiala (45°C), Delhi- Ridge (44.9°C), Daltonganj (44.9°C), Kota(44.8°C) and Gwalior(44.8°C) among others.
