Some Notes from Today’s Senate Hearing on the AZ Maricopa County Election Audit (please comment if you caught any info not listed). Many duplicate ballots in Arizona had unreadable serial numbers and thousands were missing serial numbers. They have not received the routers or the router data from Maricopa County. A compromise agreement was entered into to provide virtual access, but this agreement was not honored by the County. The auditors know that an element of the election system was compromised or breached during the election. The County delivered mislabeled boxes – some were marked as regular but held duplicates. The number of mail-in ballots received in Maricopa County is higher than the number of mail-in ballots sent out. 74,000 mail-in ballots were received but there is not clear record of that number being sent out. They can request records from USPS and concluded canvassing is needed. Over 11,000 people in Maricopa County were not in the Nov. 3rd voter rolls but showed up on the Dec. 4th voter rolls and were said to have submitted a vote in the Nov. 3rd election. Ballot alignment was reviewed and many ballots were off, which could cause rejection by machines and lead to duplication of ballots. Over 18,000 people voted in the Nov. 3rd election but then were removed from the voter rolls. All Electronic Management System admin accounts share the same single password that was created at startup and the password has not been changed. Maricopa County can’t independently verify their system configuration if only Dominion employees have access. Need New Subpoenas: Chain of Custody Need images of envelopes that were mailed (these were not delivered) for signatures Full back-up copy of the database of voter rolls Routers: Data, configuration files, tokens to the machines Splunk data They listed several additional items at the end and it sounds like the Senate is fully on-board, ready to compile a list, issue new subpoenas, and hopefully approve a huge canvassing effort.
