🎧 Production Supervisor – Earbuds Assembly Line

EELAF is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Earbuds Assembly Line. The ideal candidate will supervise production teams, achieve daily production targets, maintain product quality, reduce defects, and ensure efficient, safe, and disciplined manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily earbuds assembly line operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
Lead operators and technicians while monitoring productivity, quality, efficiency, downtime, and rework.
Oversee assembly processes including PCB assembly, batteries, speakers, microphones, charging cases, wiring, soldering, gluing, testing, inspection, labeling, and packing.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, ESD requirements, safety procedures, and 5S practices.
Coordinate with Quality, Planning, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve production, material, and equipment issues.
Monitor material availability and report shortages, equipment failures, and production delays.
Maintain accurate production and quality reports.
Train operators and support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Production, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
4–8 years of experience in electronics assembly or consumer electronics manufacturing.
1–2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor, Line Leader, or Senior Technician is preferred.
Strong knowledge of electronics assembly, soldering, wiring, testing, inspection, and rework.
Experience with earbuds, headphones, Bluetooth devices, mobile accessories, PCB assembly, or similar products is highly preferred.
Good understanding of quality control, defect analysis, ESD, 5S, safety standards, and production reporting.
Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.

Proactive in identifying production issues and implementing corrective actions.
