⛱️ ﷽ ⛱️ ✨ How to Beat Post Ramadhan Blues ✨ In last week's post we read- To maintain spiritual momentum after Ramadan: 1. Continue one habit formed during Ramadan (e.g., praying on time). 2. Schedule life around prayer times. 3. Join Islamic classes or online courses for structure and accountability. 4. Plan your spiritual growth for the next year. 5. Seek comfort in patience and prayer (Surah Al-Baqraq 2:153). Balance worldly duties with spiritual priorities. Post #5🌻 *4. Reflect on the Quran Daily* One of the most powerful ways to sustain the spiritual momentum gained during Ramadan and build a relationship with Allah is through the regular recitation and contemplation of His message to us. While the motivation to recite the Quran might have been more intense in Ramadan, keeping up with this in our daily lives post-Ramadan is equally important. Whether you recite the Arabic, memorise a surah or just read the translation, the choice is yours on how you want to build this relationship. Try to join a Quran recitation group for motivation and encouragement or consider using apps like Quranly to set up a daily goal. If you can’t find a group, start one on WhatsApp with just one other person, whether it’s a friend, sister, or even your mum. Check in once a week and cheer each other on at every milestone met. Start with 5 verses a day, which you can easily read on your commute or perhaps 15 minutes before you start work. Reflect on their meaning, ponder over their relevance to your life, and seek guidance from Allah through His divine words. Why not attempt to recite it in the order of revelation? This will provide a whole new depth to your engagement with the Quran as you understand the history and context of these verses. Reflection on the Ayahs from the Quran💌 Surah Aal-e-Imran 3:86 كَيۡفَ يَهۡدِي ٱللَّهُ قَوۡمٗا كَفَرُواْ بَعۡدَ إِيمَٰنِهِمۡ وَشَهِدُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱلرَّسُولَ حَقّٞ وَجَآءَهُمُ ٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتُۚ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهۡدِي ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ Translation (Sahih International): "How shall Allah guide a people who disbelieved after their belief and had witnessed that the Messenger is true and clear signs had come to them? And Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people." (Surah Aal-e-Imran, 3:86) --- Reflection: This verse powerfully warns against turning away from faith after having known the truth. These are people who believed, witnessed the truth of the Prophet (ﷺ), and saw the clear proofs of Islam — yet still chose disbelief. Why does Allah question their guidance? Because when truth is so clearly shown, rejecting it is not ignorance — it's injustice (zulm). Allah states clearly: He does not guide the wrongdoers. But even so, Allah’s Mercy is vast. In the following verses, He makes an exception: "Except for those who repent after that and do righteous deeds. Verily, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." (3:89) According to Tafsir Ibn Kathir, this ayah was revealed about a man who apostatized, regretted it, and wanted to return to Islam. This is proof that sincere tawbah is always accepted. --- Action Points: 1. Renew your intention daily to stay firm on the path of Imaan. 2. Avoid willful sin after knowing the truth — knowledge demands responsibility. 3. Protect your heart by regularly making dua for steadfastness (Ya Muqallibal Quloob thabbit qalbi ‘ala deenik). 4. Be cautious of arrogance or spiritual laziness — guidance can be lost. 5. Repent sincerely if you feel your heart drifting — Allah is waiting to forgive. 6. Support others struggling in faith — be a means for their return, not a barrier. 7. Stay connected to the Qur’an and gatherings of knowledge to nourish your Imaan. --- Ya Allah, keep our hearts firm upon Your Deen and never let us go astray after You have guided us. Ameen. #QuranReflection #AalImran #GemsOfJannah --- T.me/Gemsofjannah98

⛱️ ﷽ ⛱️ ✨ How to Beat Post Ramadhan Blues ✨ In last week's post we read- Reconnect with Allah through daily Dhikr (remembrance): 1. Recite morning and evening adhkar after Fajr and Asr prayers. 2. Use YouTube videos or apps if needed. 3. Remember Allah often, morning and evening (Surah Al-Ahzab 33:41-42). 4. Keep your tongue moist with istighfar (seeking forgiveness) and adhkar. Recite phrases like "Subhan-Allah wa bi hamdihi, Subhan-Allahil-'Azim" (Glory and praise to Allah...), which are light on the tongue but heavy in reward. Post #4🌻 *3. Continuity is Key* We know that life and all of its worldly distractions come at us as soon as Eid is over. All those pesky administrative tasks that we put off for after Eid? It’s time to tackle them, which is not necessarily a bad thing. Allah acknowledges in the Quran that we will have worldly duties to tend to. He says, فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَٱنصَبْ “So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship].” (Surah Ash-Sharh 97:4) Ramadan gave us an opportunity to recentre Allah, so despite all of the busyness after it, why not bring that recentering back into our lives post Ramadan too? Consider keeping up with one habit or routine that you established during Ramadan. If your goal was to pray all five salah no matter what, stick to that habit and track it in your journal every night. Scheduling our calendar around prayer times instead of the other way around can make it easier. This is also a good opportunity to put some structured classes and accountability in your life while you’re coming off the back of Ramadan, such as joining an islamic class, getting a Quran teacher, or enrolling in an online course. Use it to plan your next year between the two Ramadans. This can inshallah help set you up for the coming year spiritually. It is crucial to remember that if we can find the time to study or work full-time jobs during Ramadan, we can still find time to stick to one habit after Ramadan. Allah says, “O believers! Seek comfort in patience and prayer. Allah is truly with those who are patient.” (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:153) Allah himself reminds us that every time we are in need of comfort, we only need to turn to Him in prayer. So if you are in need of comfort due to post-Ramadan blues, turn towards Allah during the obligatory five prayers and inshaAllah you will find the spiritual sweetness that you are looking for. To be continued In'shaa'Allah....✍🏻 #motivational_series WhatsApp (Only for sisters 🧕) - https://chat.whatsapp.com/GMmLlVv3SL1IZOMvGn2LU9 Telegram - T.me/Gemsofjannah98 Instagram - https://instagram.com/gemsofjannah_98?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
