Wolf pack, I treat supply and demand zones as areas to watch, not automatic entries. 🐺
Demand is an area where buying previously drove price sharply higher. Supply is where selling drove it sharply lower.
Here’s my approach:
Find a strong move away from a tight consolidation.
Mark that consolidation’s high and low as your zone.
On a revisit, wait for rejection and a candle close back outside the zone before considering an entry.
Place invalidation beyond the zone, size risk accordingly, and check whether the opposing zone leaves enough room.
Zones can fail. Confirmation helps filter setups; it doesn’t guarantee success. 🎯

Every candle shows the open, high, low, and close for its timeframe.
The body connects the open and close. On most charts, green means price closed above its open; red means it closed below. Check your chart’s color settings.
The wicks mark the highest and lowest prices reached.
My tip: compare the body with the wicks. A long upper wick means price reached higher but closed below that high. That’s useful context, not an automatic sell signal.
Always read candles alongside surrounding price action. 🐺

If the stop needs more room, reduce the position—not increase the risk.
A wider stop with the same lot size means MORE exposure.

When is it broken? I look for a candle close beyond the line on the same timeframe I used to draw it. A wick through alone isn’t enough for my rule.
