✅Last Minute Tips & Tricks By CSR - Prelims 2022 1. Upsc prelims is like a "chess" game....try to understand the question maker "move"... 2. There will be options which may "lure" you . Try NOT to fall in the "trap" 3. Most of the questions will be "normal" . It's the "options" which will create problems. 4. Try to "eliminate" wrong options ( here, your misc/in-depth knowledge will come into play ) 5. For Economy/ Polity quest, try to be in the "ambit" of the question....do not overthink...the options will lure you to overthink...but don't do that.. 6. For Science & Technology:- * in particular application based mcqs), "increase" ur ambit of thinking... 'generally' all are correct. BUT. ✅For questions with more than 4 options, the answer is CERTAINLY not "All the above". * You can skip hardcore technical S&T question , if you don't know about it * For questions having 2 statements and extremely Factual, please DO NOT attend. 7. For direct History questions (like one - liners , for eg. who founded 'xyz' organization), if the question is 'unknown' , the correct answer will also be 'unknown'. This trick "may" be applied in unknown Report-based MCQS. But this trick applies to ONLY those who have done in-depth/extra factual preparation. 8. In difficult mcqs, there will always be an option which will be very familiar . That option is wrong most of the time. All the best to each one of you.. CSR 🙏
