Hi SGN Community 👋✨ What does belonging mean to you? 🏠 It’s something Serena Wong grappled with for most of her career, which took her from Paris, to London, and now to Zurich. 🇬🇧🇫🇷🇨🇭 As a Singaporean travelling the globe for work, she regularly dealt with the “insider vs outsider” dilemma, living in countries with homogenous societies and distinct cultural differences. That changed after an epiphany.

“I was asking myself the wrong question, which was about asking to belong. Then it dawned on me that I will always be an outsider, that is the value I bring.”
