J.D. Vance: "Ci sono alcune persone all'interno del loro sistema, lo sappiamo senza ombra di dubbio, che stanno manipolando… l'opinione pubblica americana per far sì che la guerra continui indefinitamente. Non per raggiungere un obiettivo specifico, ma semplicemente indefinitamente".
S’intensifica il conflitto iraniano, con gli Stati Uniti che hanno cambiato target: non più obiettivi costieri, ma infrastrutture civili all’interno del territorio. L’idea è quella di degradare l’Iran per convincerlo alla resa su Hormuz. E non riusciranno.
L’unica conseguenza di tale strategia, al netto delle sofferenze inflitte al popolo iraniano (che dicevano di voler “liberare”…), è che Teheran ha dichiarato decaduto il Memorandum di Islamabad e ha ampliato il raggio e gli obiettivi del suo tiro a segno contro i target militari statunitensi. E minaccia di incendiare il Golfo se gli Usa ampliano ulteriormente raid e obiettivi.
Invece di scorrere, il tempo in Medio oriente sembra tornare indietro avvicinandosi pericolosamente al 28 febbraio scorso, quando iniziò l’improvvida, sanguinaria, avventura israelo-americana contro l’Iran.
Pochi i cenni in controtendenza. Quello più importante è l’intervista rilasciata da J.D. Vance a Joe Rogan, nella quale ha criticato le pressioni israeliane per fare del conflitto iraniano una guerra infinita…
