Основные факты: В 2024 году уехали лишь 1% опрошенных IT-специалистов, в ближайшее время планируют отъезд только 3% респондентов. Не планируют покидать Россию — 47%. Уезжают в Европу 33%, это на 18п.п. больше, чем осенью 2022. Снизился поток релокантов в Казахстан и Турцию.
