Job Purpose: To oversee and manage all Human Resources and Administrative functions of the organization, ensuring statutory compliance, employee satisfaction, efficient payroll administration, and smooth day-to-day administrative operations while supporting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
B. Attendance & Payroll
· Monitor daily attendance and biometric records.
· Prepare monthly attendance for payroll processing.
· Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
· Generate and distribute salary slips.
C. Statutory Compliance
· Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws.
· Manage EPF and ESI registrations and employee enrollments.
· Prepare and file statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
· Handle Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
· Maintain statutory registers and records.
· Coordinate labour inspections and statutory audits.
· Renew factory licenses and other statutory licenses.
D. Employee Relations
· Address employee grievances promptly and professionally.
· Maintain healthy employee relations across departments.
· Conduct disciplinary proceedings whenever required.
· Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
· Facilitate communication between management and employees.
E. Leave & Performance Administration
F. Administration
· Supervise housekeeping, canteen, security, transport, and office maintenance.
· Monitor daily administrative operations of the factory and office.
· Verify HR and Administration vendor bills.
· Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
· Ensure proper upkeep of office infrastructure and facilities.
· Monitor employee entry and exit records.
· Maintain visitor management and security registers.
H. Documentation & Record Management
· Maintain all HR policies, SOPs, employee files, and statutory records.
· Ensure proper filing and documentation.
· Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
J. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Required Qualifications
· MBA (HR) / MSW (HR) / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
