What would be their incentive? What value is being added by this particular company by working for 18 hrs that working for 9 hrs in another company doesn't? 🛑Yes - when we are young we have to give it all- but it happens only when one KNOWS what drives him or her. As a CEO he might work for 18 hrs- because that makes him rich. What do the employees get? - equity?
