Our first product, Doctor Grid, is a cross-platform app (Windows, Android, iOS) helping private clinics digitize patient records, manage queues, track visits, and handle payments. It's the foundation for a broader ecosystem we're building to modernize every layer of the Iraqi healthcare system.
The Role
We're hiring a Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive clinic acquisition and revenue growth across Baghdad. You'll be on the front lines pitching our product to private clinics, building strong relationships with doctors and clinic owners, closing deals, and coaching the sales team to do the same. This role is hands-on and high-impact, with the opportunity to grow with the company.
Who We're Looking For
This role is exclusively open to medical doctors with proven sales experience. Your clinical background combined with sales skills makes you uniquely positioned to understand our customers, sell to them effectively, and lead a team that does the same.
What You'll Do
Lead and coach the sales team — set targets, run pipeline reviews, and develop your reps
Drive day-to-day sales activities and clinic acquisition across Baghdad
Visit private clinics, pitch Doctor Grid, and close deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinic owners, and medical networks
Manage and grow the sales pipeline across multiple channels
Work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding
Share market intelligence with the product team
Hit and exceed monthly sales targets — for yourself and your team
What We're Looking For
Medical degree (MD) — required
At least 3 years of post-graduation sales experience after graduation — ideally in pharma or healthcare-related sales
Leadership instincts — comfortable managing, motivating, and coaching a small team
Existing relationships with doctors, clinic owners, or medical staff
Strong understanding of how private clinics operate day-to-day
Based in Baghdad (non-negotiable — the role requires in-person clinic visits)
Familiarity with CRM or pipeline tools is a plus (we use ClickUp)
Nice to Have
Prior team lead or management experience
Prior experience selling SaaS, software, or tech products
Prior experience at a startup or fast-moving environment
