🚨 The President of Brazil Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva is not welcome in Israel after he stated: “What’s happening in the Gaza Strip with the Palestinian people hasn’t happened at any other moment in history. Actually, it has happened: when Hitler decided to kill the Jews” and has since recalled is ambassador.

❤️ This Egyptian fruit seller saw an aid convoy heading to Gaza so he picked his best oranges and threw them into the trucks so they would reach the people in need. These are the people of faith. In an interview with Al Jazeera Egypt, he said: "My heart goes to those people being bombed and unable to find food and water. I wish I could give them all of my oranges."

‎رب إني لما أنزلت إلي من خير فقير ‎[Rabbi innī limā anzalta ilayya min khayrin faqīr] ‎My Lord! I am indeed needy of whatever good You may send to me

Abū Hurayrah رضي الله عنه‎ reported Allāh's Messenger ﷺ as saying: “Every (good) deed of the son of Adam would be multiplied, a good deed receiving a tenfold to seven hundredfold reward. Allāh, the Exalted and Majestic, has said: ‘With the exception of fasting, for it is done for Me and I will give a reward for it, for one abandons his passion and food for My sake. There are two occasions of joy for one who fasts, joy when he breaks it, and joy when he meets his Lord, and the breath (of an observer of fast) is sweeter to Allah than the fragrance of musk.’” [Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1151e]

🚨 Israeli occupation snipers shot a mother and her child in the middle of the street in Gaza City. The mother, Hadeel, was killed, however according to reports from Al Jazeera, her son Imad, has survived. Video footage shows rescuers trying to recover their bodies using ropes from inside a building, whilst facing heavy fire from Israeli occupation forces.

🚨 The body of 6 year-old Hind was found after she was killed by deliberate Israeli fire, along with members of her family. Over a week ago the Palestine Red Crescent released an audio file in which she could be heard pleading for help over the phone to a member of the rescue team.

O believers! Be mindful of Allāh and let every soul look to what deeds it has sent forth for tomorrow. And fear Allāh, for certainly Allāh is All-Aware of what you do. And do not be like those who forgot Allāh, so He made them forget themselves. It is they who are truly rebellious. [Sūrah al-Ḥashr, Verse 18-19]

O believers! Seek comfort in patience and prayer. Allāh is truly with those who are patient. Never say that those martyred in the cause of Allāh are dead - in fact, they are alive! But you do not perceive it. We will certainly test you with a touch of fear and famine and loss of property, life, and crops. Give good news to those who patiently endure — who say, when struck by a disaster, “Surely to Allāh we belong and to Him we will all return.” They are the ones who will receive Allāh’s blessings and mercy. And it is they who are rightly guided. [Sūrah al-Baqarah, Verse 153-157]

‎اللهم إني أسألك العافية في الدنيا والآخرة ‎[Allāhumma inn-ī ʾasʾalu-k al-ʿāfiyah fī dun’yā wal-ākhirah] ‎O Allāh, I ask You for my wellbeing in this world and the next

Saudi Arabia has told the U.S. its position stands that there will be no diplomatic relations with Israel unless an independent Palestinian state is recognised on the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem, and Israeli "aggression" on the Gaza Strip stops.

Allāh! There is no god worthy of worship except Him, the Ever-Living, All-Sustaining. Neither drowsiness nor sleep overtakes Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who could possibly intercede with Him without His permission? He fully knows what is ahead of them and what is behind them, but no one can grasp any of His knowledge—except what He wills to reveal. His Seat encompasses the heavens and the earth, and the preservation of both does not tire Him. For He is the Most High, the Greatest. [Sūrah al-Baqarah, Verse 255]

‎Narrated by Ubādah ibn aṣ-Ṣāmit رضي الله عنه that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: ‎“Whoever gets up at night and says: 'Lā ilāha illAllāhu, waḥdahu lā sharīka lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-ḥamdu, wa huwa ʿalā kulli shaiʾin qadīr. Alḥamdulillāhi wa-SubḥānAllāhi wa-Lā ʾilāha ʾillā llāhu w-Allāhu Akbar wa-Lā ḥawla wa-lā quwwata ʾillā bi-llāh.' ‎لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له، له الملك وله الحمد وهو على كل شيء قدير ‎ الحمد لله وسبحان الله ولا اله الا الله والله اكبر ولا حول ولاقوة إلا بالله ‎(None has the right to be worshipped but Allāh. He is the Only One and has no partners. For Him is the Kingdom and all the praises are due for Him. He is Omnipotent. Praise be to Allāh and Glory be to Allāh, and There is no God but Allāh, and Allāh is Greatest And there is neither Might nor Power Except with Allāh). ‎And then says: Allāhumma-ġfirlī ‎اللهم اغفر لي ‎(O Allāh! Forgive me). ‎Or invokes (Allāh), he will be responded to, and if he performs ablution (and prays), his prayer will be accepted." ‎[Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 1154]
