Abū Hurayrah رضي الله عنه reported Allāh's Messenger ﷺ as saying that Allāh, the Exalted and Glorious, thus stated: “I am near to the thought of My servant as he thinks about Me, and I am with him as he remembers Me. And if he remembers Me in his heart, I also remember him in My Heart, and if he remembers Me in assembly I remember him in assembly, better than his (remembrance), and if he draws near Me by the span of a palm, I draw near him by the cubit, and if he draws near Me by the cubit I draw near him by the space (covered by) two hands. And if he walks towards Me, I rush towards him.” [Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2675a]

Indonesia’s capital, Jakarta, has overtaken Tokyo to become the world’s most populous city, with 42 million people living there and counting. Tokyo, which had been the largest city since 2000 with a population of 33.4 million, has now dropped to third place. Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, has climbed to second and is projected to become the world’s largest city by 2050.

Thousands of supporters of the former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan, protested outside Adiala jail after rumours spread that he had been killed whilst in custody. Imran Khan’s sisters and sons have claimed the former Prime Minister was being held in solitary confinement and in inhumane conditions. The family say they have not been allowed to visit him despite court orders permitting family visitation rights twice a week. Rumours of his death circulated online and the jail administration clarified them as being "baseless", and he was receiving "complete medical attention”.

Cosmetic retailer Lush has launched a campaign to donate 75 percent of the purchase price of its Watermelon Cuttable Bubble Bar to help fund vital prosthetic care for amputee children and adults in Gaza, and Zionists are furious, calling for a boycott. This isn’t the first time Lush has taken a stand. In September 2025, the company shut all its UK stores and its online shop for an entire day to protest the humanitarian crisis in Gaza and show solidarity with Palestine.

🚨 Five people were killed in Beirut after the Occupation forces launched an airstrike in the capital of Lebanon, violating a ceasefire since November 2024. One of the targets was a senior military commander of Hezbollah, 28 other people were seriously injured.

In a recent White House meeting, Muḥammad bin Salmān urged Trump to intervene in Sudan’s war between the SAF and RSF. Trump said the U.S. would work with Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Egypt to push for an end to the conflict, citing the humanitarian crisis and regional risks.

Violence by occupying ‘settlers’ has increase on Palestinians since the so called ceasefire came in to effect.

Surely for Muslim men and women, believing men and women, devout men and women, truthful men and women, patient men and women, humble men and women, charitable men and women, fasting men and women, men and women who guard their chastity, and men and women who remember Allāh often - for all of them Allāh has prepared forgiveness and a great reward. ‎Narrated Abū Hurayrah رضي الله عنه: Allāh's Messenger ﷺ said, ‎"If one says one-hundred times in one day: ‎ لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له له الملك وله الحمد وهو على كل قدير ‎One will get the reward of manumitting ten slaves, and one-hundred good deeds will be written in his account, and one-hundred bad deeds will be wiped off or erased from his account, and on that day he will be protected from the morning till evening from Satan, and nobody will be superior to him except one who has done more than that which he has done.” ‎[Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 3293] ‎Transliteration: Lā ilāha illAllāhu, waḥdahu lā sharīka lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-ḥamdu, wa huwa ʿalā kulli shaiʾin qadīr ‎Translation: There is no god but Allah alone, without any partner. The Kingdom and praise belongs to Him and He has power over everything.

ʿĀʾishah رضي الله عنها said: “I have not seen anyone who more resembled the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ in manner, speech, and appearance than Fāṭimah, may Allāh honour her face. Whenever she came to him, he would stand up for her, take her by the hand, kiss her, and seat her in his place. And when he visited her, she would stand up for him, take him by the hand, kiss him, and seat him in her place.” [Sunan Abī Dāwūd, 5217; Ṣaḥīḥ]

The UN Security Council has approved the US ceasefire plan for Gaza, supporting the creation of an international stabilisation force. Washington called the move historic, and the Palestinian Authority said it is ready to work with the Trump administration to implement it. Hamas rejected the resolution, arguing it places Gaza under international guardianship. Russia and China abstained, citing concerns over Palestinian involvement and the UN’s future role. Human rights group Al-Haq warned the plan weakens Palestinian self-determination and effectively allows the US to act as an occupying power.

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola spoke up for Palestine in a recent interview ahead of a charity football match between Catalonia and Palestine in Barcelona. During the interview he said: “The world has left Palestine alone. We have done absolutely nothing. They are not at fault for being born there. We have all allowed them to destroy an entire people. The damage is already done and it is irreparable. I can't imagine a person in this world who could defend the massacres in Gaza. Our children could be there and be murdered just for being born there. I have very little faith in the leaders. They do whatever it takes to stay in power."

انا لله وانا اليه راجعون A bus carrying 46 Indian pilgrims crashed into a diesel tanker on a highway between Mecca and Medina, Saudi Arabia, in the early hours of Monday. The collision reportedly caused a massive fire, and up to 45 people are feared to have died, while only one person survived.

Former Bangladeshi Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has been convicted of crimes against humanity for ordering a deadly crackdown on student protests in 2024. Tried in absentia while living in exile in India, she was found responsible for a security force operation that killed hundreds, with some estimates reaching over a thousand. The tribunal sentenced her to death, saying she authorised lethal force, including aerial attacks. Hasina dismissed the verdict as politically motivated, insisting the trial was unfair and aimed at silencing her.

Reminder: Tomorrow is Monday. The Prophet ﷺ used to fast on Mondays. Abū Qatāda al-Anṣārī رضي الله عنه reported that Allāh's Messenger ﷺ was asked about fasting on Monday, whereupon he said: It is (the day) when I was born and revelation was sent down to me. [Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1162e]

Abū Hurayrah رضي الله عنه reported Allāh's Messenger ﷺ as saying: Do you know who is poor? They (the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ) said: A poor man amongst us is one who has neither dirham with him nor wealth. He ﷺ replied: The poor of my Ummah would be he who would come on the Day of Resurrection with prayers and fasts and Zakat but (he would find himself bankrupt on that day as he would have exhausted his funds of virtues) since he hurled abuses upon others, brought calumny against others and unlawfully consumed the wealth of others and shed the blood of others and beat others, and his virtues would be credited to the account of one (who suffered at his hand). And if his good deeds fall short to clear the account, then his sins would be entered in (his account) and he would be thrown in the Hell-Fire. [Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2581]

Zionist occupiers set fire to a mosque in the town of Deir Istiya, west of Salfit. One of the Qurʾān’s inside the mosque was burnt, however this one verse remained visible… “Do not think that Allāh is unaware of what the wrongdoers do. He only delays them for a Day when eyes will stare in horror.” [Sūrah ʾIbrāhīm, Verse 42]
