1)اذا انضرب الsurgical neck
Torn axillary nerve=flat shoulder

2)اذا اانضرب الshaft of humerus
Torn radial nerve=wrist or hand drop
Also.. torn profunda brachii artery

3) اذا نضرب lower 1/3 of humerus
Torn medial nerve=ape appearance

4)اذا انضربmedial epicondyle
Torn ulnar nerve= claw hand
Torn in ulnar nerve= claw hand
Torn in median nerve=ape appearance
Torn in radial=drop hand
Torn in rotater muscle cuff= flat shoulder
Torn in Long thoracic nerve= winging of scapula
Torn in upper trunk(c5,c6)= waiters hand
Torn in ulnar nerve= claw hand
Torn in median nerve=ape appearance
Torn in radial=drop hand
Torn in rotater muscle cuff= flat shoulder
Torn in axillary= winging of scapula
Torn in upper trunk(c5,c6)= waiters hand
ملاحظة:
أي عضلة تمر امام ال shoulder تعملflextion
أي عضلة تمر خلف ال shoulder تعمل extention
أي عضلة تلزم ال humerus من الامام تعمل medial rotation
اي عضلة تلزم ال humerus من الخلف تعمل lateral rotation
