1-nerve to piriformis s1 s2
2-nerve to levator ani+ nerve to coccygeous+ nerve to external anal sphincter s4
3-splanchnic nerve s2s3s4
الي يغذن prostate+ seminal vesicle
1-inferior gluteral artery
2-middle rectal artery(most of its blood)
3-inferior vesical artery
الي يغذن bladder
1- superior vesical artery(part of umbilical artery) branch of ant.division of internal iliac artery=supply upper part of it
2-vesical branch of inferior gluteal artery
3-vesical branch of obturator artery
4–inferior vesicle artery supply trigone of bladder
5-inferior gluteal artery (vigneal artery in female)=supply base of bladder
