XAUUSD #GOLD Gold has broken sharply below the $4,000 mark, a drop of over 1,600 points from its high of $5,596. The downtrend in gold continues, and buying on dips is not recommended in the short term. We continue to watch the support level around 3940-3950. If gold holds this level, a rebound is possible, and a small long position could be considered. If gold breaks below 3940, the next resistance level is around 3900-3920, or even lower, around 3880-3885. Short-term trading strategy: Sell on rallies. You can wait for gold to rebound to around 4000-4020 to sell short.
