“Suffering is one of the biggest catalysts for awakening, and comfort is one of the ways to murder the soul into complacency. Things have gotten so crazy that people have been kicked out of their comfort zones, creating deeper suffering and deeper questioning; ultimately, the suffering has led them to question, “What am I going to do with myself? What’s the meaning of my life? As long as we live mechanically, with the conditioned ego personality and what we were told to do by our parents, society, and culture, we can get very far from the soul. What I found is that this is the gift of suffering. Sometimes there’s nowhere else to turn but to God and a deeper place within yourself.” -Laura Matsue Episode 127, Part 2 – How to Embody Your Soul To listen to this exclusive podcast, check the link below to sign up for our private membership section, where you will have access to over 180+ hours of *uncensored* podcasts where we dive much deeper and speak about topics that we can’t speak about on social media anymore. 👉 Sign up to tune into the full episode here: https://veilofreality.com/membership @timeoftransition

“A lot of people go through life with a strange feeling that the life they’re living doesn’t align with who they truly are. Maybe on the outside, their life looks completely normal. They have a great career, a relationship, maybe they even have children, and they appear very successful and responsible to outsiders. Yet inwardly, there’s a nagging sense that something is missing. They may even begin to feel disconnected from their own life, as if they’re playing a role, going through the motions rather than truly living, and they carefully censor what they say because they’re constantly worried about what other people may think. Maybe they struggle to say no. Maybe they always put other people’s needs ahead of their own. If you’re always relating to others through a carefully constructed version of yourself, it’s almost impossible to experience true intimacy. People can only connect with the masks you’re allowing them to see. Even though their life may look good to outsiders, deep down they are right. Something is missing; it’s their True Self. How did they lose the connection to who they really are? This pattern often begins so early that we completely forget how it started. Faced with the choice between preserving attachment to the people we needed for survival and authenticity, being true to ourselves, we will almost always choose attachment. We learned that being ourselves, saying what we really thought, sharing how we really felt, threatened our safety. So we built a survival self, a false self, an inauthentic self. We learned to become who others needed us to be, and over time that adaptation became so automatic that we started believing the adaptation is who we really are. The good news is that the True Self can never be destroyed. It may be deeply buried beneath years of adaptive survival mechanisms, but it always remains alive underneath all of that, waiting for the conditions in which you can safely emerge again.” -Laura Matsue Episode 179 – The True Self, The False Self, and Finding Yourself Again Listen to this podcast episode by clicking the link below or by searching Cosmic Matrix on iTunes, Spotify, or any other podcast streamer. https://veilofreality.com/2026/07/24/the-true-self-the-false-self-and-finding-yourself-again-tcm-179-part-1 Enrollment is now OPEN for the new and expanded Embodied Soul Awakening: our flagship psychospiritual group program bridging psychological inner work with spiritual awakening in a grounded, embodied way. “Before trying to change anything in yourself, first really observe yourself. Establish the impartial witness and notice without trying to change anything in your habitual way of behaving, thinking, and reacting. For example, do you notice yourself being more negatively oriented? Do you tend to complain a lot right away, or do you blame others? Maybe you tend to gossip or talk about others a lot. Do you tend to worry easily? Just being aware of it already initiates some change. One key ingredient to raising your consciousness, according to David Hawkins, is not taking yourself so seriously. This means letting go of pride. He even says if you feel bad, have a tantrum, throw yourself on the ground, cry, scream, whatever it may be. Express and experience emotion, but don’t project it on others; don’t try to analyze it. Feel your feelings, but don’t take yourself so seriously. It’s also important to be able to laugh at yourself.” -Bernhard Guenther Episode 138 Part 2 – How to Raise Your Level Of Consciousness To listen to this exclusive podcast, check the link below to sign up for our private membership section, where you will have access to over 180+ hours of *uncensored* podcasts where we dive much deeper and speak about topics that we can’t speak about on social media anymore. 👉 Sign up to tune into the full episode here: https://veilofreality.com/membership @timeoftransition

“One of the big issues nowadays with people being dissociated, disembodied, or dealing with anxiety is that they have a psychological need for certainty and an intolerance for ambiguity. Especially when confronted with complex, emotionally charged subjects heightened on social media by outrage porn. There’s a psychological concept called the need for cognitive closure, which means there’s a mechanical, automatic urge to arrive quickly at a definite answer and then cling to that answer. It happens in two phases. There’s the need to “seize” upon an explanation and then “freeze” around it afterward. Meaning there’s psychological pressure to find an answer as quickly as possible and then attach to it as strongly as possible without considering anything else, because it gives you some sort of relief and psychological safety. This intolerance for ambiguity is associated with black-and-white thinking, premature conclusions, and a great difficulty remaining open to conflicting pieces of information, holding the tension of opposites, so to speak. On a basic psychological level, the more emotionally threatened or insecure someone feels, the less safe they feel in staying in the unknown, and the stronger the urge can be to settle on a definite explanation and grasp onto it.” -Bernhard Guenther Episode 182 – Why We Don’t Understand Each Other: The Confusion of Tongues Listen to this podcast episode by clicking the link below or by searching Cosmic Matrix on iTunes, Spotify, or any other podcast streamer. https://veilofreality.com/2026/09/17/why-we-dont-understand-each-other-the-confusion-of-tongues-tcm-182-part-1 @timeoftransition

“A psychopathic spiritual teacher can share valuable teachings that have helped people, while at the same time exploiting and abusing others. A lot of people assume that someone who has spiritual knowledge or speaks eloquently about love and compassion, or even someone who demonstrates certain healing abilities, must also embody these qualities, but that is not always the case. Even having so-called “spiritual experiences” or “psychic abilities” is not a sign of an embodied higher level of consciousness or morality. That’s also why followers often have difficulty acknowledging the abusive behavior of someone they admire. They confuse the value of the teaching with the person’s psychological makeup and character combined with their positive projections. Then people become emotionally dependent on the teacher or religious authority. They may even defend the very person who is exploiting them. We need to understand the mask of sanity and learn to discern someone’s true character through their actions over time, regardless of how charismatic or spiritually advanced they may appear.” -Bernhard Guenther Episode 184 – Psychopaths And The Normalization Of Evil In Society Listen to this podcast episode by clicking the link below or by searching Cosmic Matrix on iTunes, Spotify, or any other podcast streamer. https://veilofreality.com/2026/10/20/psychopaths-and-the-normalization-of-evil-in-society-tcm-184-part-1 @timeoftransition

“Let’s say you have a woman, for example, who’s nagging a man to death. Then you have the emotionally unavailable, anima-possessed man; you have both the anima and animus possession. They almost inspire each other. So men need to get more in touch with their feelings in a healthy way, and women need to be more thoughtful and assertive rather than cruel and domineering. This is an ongoing project, and to integrate the anima and animus, you have to be very skilled at shadow work, which means doing it constantly throughout your life, withdrawing your projections, reflecting on them, and integrating your own shadow in a healthy way. This piece comes up mainly in opposite sex relationships, and this is where it’s even harder to integrate, because often the stakes are much higher. A lot of your childhood stuff gets mixed in with it as well. We also have to deal with cultural conditioning, which is feminizing men, often making them anima-possessed, and masculinizing women and making them animus-possessed. It has many different dimensions. Integrating the animus or the anima takes time, effort, and sincerity. Just being able to notice the anima when it possesses you as a man, or the animus when it possesses you as a woman, is a huge step in consciousness itself.” -Laura Matsue Episode 137, Part 2 – The Father Wound: A Psychospiritual Healing Guide To listen to this exclusive podcast, check the link below to sign up for our private membership section, where you will have access to over 180+ hours of *uncensored* podcasts where we dive much deeper and speak about topics that we can’t speak about on social media anymore. 👉 Sign up to tune into the full episode here: https://veilofreality.com/membership @timeoftransition

Joe Rogan recently suggested putting world leaders in a room on psychedelic mushrooms to end wars and achieve global denuclearization. 20–30 years ago, when I was working extensively with psychedelics and plant medicine, I would have agreed with him. In my new article, I share some of my personal experiences, how my perspective changed over the years, and what I learned about psychopathy, including a fascinating experiment involving LSD therapy with psychopaths. I also explore how esoteric and occult teachings have long described fundamental differences in the inner metaphysical constitution of human beings from birth, as well as the influence of hostile entities and Asuric beings on human behavior, including possession and direct incarnation. “Psychopaths are great psychoanalysts in many ways. They’re really good at assessing what your weaknesses are and how to manipulate you. They tend to be very efficient predators and have a sixth sense for who’s the weakest, the most vulnerable, the most insecure, and the most naive. They will adapt their personality and their behavior depending on the person they’re dealing with. If they know that you like certain topics or are a certain type of person, they’re extremely good at molding themselves exactly to what they believe you will like and imitating those traits and qualities. They can be very charismatic and almost like the best friend you wish you always had. We need to be highly sensitive when someone seems too good to be true or is telling us all the things we secretly want to hear. That doesn’t mean that person is always a psychopath, but psychopaths themselves tend to be very good at eliciting positive emotions in us and fulfilling our unfulfilled desires through charm, flattery, and deception to gain trust. As time goes on, psychopaths will resort to more psychological, emotional, and even physical intimidation. They also engage in something Martha Stout called pity play, where they try to exploit other people’s compassion. They’ll tell you some sort of sad story to make you feel bad for them, expose some vulnerability to play on your emotions, and then, at the final stage, abandon you once you’ve served a purpose.” -Laura Matsue Episode 184 – Psychopaths And The Normalization Of Evil In Society Listen to this podcast episode by clicking the link below or by searching Cosmic Matrix on iTunes, Spotify, or any other podcast streamer. https://veilofreality.com/2026/10/20/psychopaths-and-the-normalization-of-evil-in-society-tcm-184-part-1 @timeoftransition

“When you don’t feel your emotions consciously, they get stored in your body. When emotions are stored in the body and you check out of your body and live primarily in your head, you experience those emotions unconsciously. Those unconscious emotions are also the ammunition which will then explode onto anyone who brings those feelings into consciousness. People who are not aware of the ammunition they’re carrying are like loaded guns. They are waiting to explode and project onto people who remind them of the baggage they are carrying in their own bodies. If we want to bring peace to the world, we must first make peace with the unprocessed feelings we carry in our bodies. We can do this by implementing a simple practice into our daily lives: noticing the sensations and feelings in our bodies, breathing into them, and letting them go.” -Laura Matsue Related to Episode 103, Part 2 – 9 Ways to Heal Your Body, Mind, & Spirit with Somatic Work To listen to this exclusive podcast, check the link below to sign up for our private membership section, where you will have access to over 180+ hours of *uncensored* podcasts where we dive much deeper and speak about topics that we can’t speak about on social media anymore. 👉 Sign up to tune into the full episode here: https://veilofreality.com/membership @timeoftransition

“Are we really all the same? We obviously share the same physical human body, regardless of race or nationality. Internally, however, our capacity to experience conscience, empathy, remorse, and love can differ tremendously. Most of us automatically project our own emotional and moral qualities onto others. We assume everyone has access to these qualities and that anyone who behaves in more destructive ways must simply be misguided, traumatized, or in need of healing. We assume that other people always think and feel like we do, generally speaking, but this assumption can leave us extremely vulnerable to manipulation by predators in human form. There are individuals whose psychological makeup is fundamentally different. We’re not just talking about emotional wounding or psychological hardening. Nor are we talking about the epidemic of narcissism; we’re talking about psychopaths. “There is no political solution. There is no ideological solution, whether left, right, center, or anarchist. There is no social justice solution. There is no “law and order” solution of simply arresting or killing off the “bad guys.” There is no social media solution: outrage posts and prayer memes won’t cut it. There is no “expose all the conspiracies” solution. There is no bypass solution: ignoring it all to focus only on “positive vibes.” There is no “Love and Light” New Age solution. There is no religious solution. There is no external revolution solution. There is no savior solution. Bitcoin won’t fix it either, nor will technology, AI, or transhumanism. None of it will work long-term. This is a crisis of consciousness and a war on consciousness. The solution must be psycho-spiritual in nature to change consciousness. It is a spiritual war that works through us. Once you realize this, not just intellectually, philosophically, or theoretically, but through direct experience, something shifts deeply within you. You cross a threshold that points to the real exit from the matrix and the positive transformation of the world. You begin to see how all kinds of forces, beings, entities, thought-forms, elementals, and egregores move through you, shaping your thoughts, actions, and desires, which you often mistake as your own, and the whole game changes. Then the real work can begin: to differentiate within yourself what is truly yours and what is not, and to consciously choose what to align with. As part of spiritual warfare, you must learn to discern within yourself: 1. What to integrate and heal 2. What to accept and align with 3. What to reject, clear, or resist This process and awareness are necessary to purify your vessel, develop your spiritual organs, anchor the Divine Force, and become a seed for the next cycle of the new spiritualized human. The Time of Transition is not an overnight event, nor will it be over in your lifetime. Remember: It is the soul that matters. This is about soul evolution and aligning with Dharma and Divine Will to be the seed for the next cycle.” -Bernhard Guenther Episode 175 – UFO Disclosure, False Light, and Spiritual Warfare Listen to this podcast episode by clicking the link below or by searching Cosmic Matrix on iTunes, Spotify, or any other podcast streamer. https://veilofreality.com/2026/05/19/ufo-disclosure-false-light-and-spiritual-warfare-tcm-175-part-1 @timeoftransition

“When you begin to really examine yourself, you realize the personality you identify with is mostly made up of biological drives, memories, and unconscious stuff that form your desires and drives, most often in a very mechanical manner where there is not much free will. You’re conditioned and programmed in many ways with beliefs, ideas, and thoughts you mistake for your own. But these influences come from your parents, family, and the people you surround yourself with. And it’s not just the conscious influence of your parents. For example, you pick up on their unexpressed thoughts, desires, beliefs, emotions, and even their unacknowledged shadow. This is also why it’s so important for parents to do this work as well, so you don’t give these things to your children that you have not processed yourself, because children pick up on not just how they’re being treated and what happened to them, but all the stuff that has been suppressed and unexpressed as well.” -Bernhard Guenther Episode 134, Part 2 – Unveiling The Psyche: Sub-Personalities And Invisible Influences On The Mind To listen to this exclusive podcast, check the link below to sign up for our private membership section, where you will have access to over 180+ hours of *uncensored* podcasts where we dive much deeper and speak about topics that we can’t speak about on social media anymore. 👉 Sign up to tune into the full episode here: https://veilofreality.com/membership @timeoftransition

“With the intense polarization and tribalism in the world, much of society is acting very borderline. People are constantly dividing the world into who is good and who is bad. If you say one thing that someone disagrees with, instead of just saying, “Oh, I don’t agree with that point,” they put you in the camp of evil or the enemy, while they’re in the camp of good. You see this everywhere, especially with this idea that you’re either on the right side of history or the wrong side, and that’s actually subjective. People in America are saying that on both sides, you’re on the side of good or evil, or you’re a leftist or MAGA. There’s very little room for someone to say, “Well, I agree with this particular point but disagree with this one,” without being immediately assigned a label or placed in a particular camp. Splitting is a defense against the inability to hold complexity, ambiguity, and nuance. It’s very hard to tolerate psychologically, so we want to reduce things into a simple either/or conclusion. It gives us a sense of certainty, and it makes reality feel more manageable. Psychologically, in a destabilized world, we split because we want to feel relaxed, calm, and certain.” -Laura Matsue Episode 182 – Why We Don’t Understand Each Other: The Confusion of Tongues Listen to this podcast episode by clicking the link below or by searching Cosmic Matrix on iTunes, Spotify, or any other podcast streamer. https://veilofreality.com/2026/09/17/why-we-dont-understand-each-other-the-confusion-of-tongues-tcm-182-part-1 @timeoftransition

“According to the occult law of agreement, no entity can have any effect on you or manipulate you if there is no entry point or access that “allows” the interference. Most entry points are unconscious, and permission is also often given unconsciously, out of naivety, or simply through ignorance of these forces. But ignorance of occult laws is no defense. Dion Fortune made a very similar point. She emphasized that occult interference requires a response from within the person: “Once this reaction is achieved, the battle is half over, for the gate of the city has been opened from within, and there is free ingress.” She also pointed out that even when an outside force provides the temptation, there still has to be something within the person that responds to it: “The weak spot in the defence was after all in her own nature.” That is why simply blaming entities or saying “the devil made me do it” is far too simplistic and one-sided. Even the idea of merely “removing” an entity can become mere symptom management if the entry point itself is never addressed and can easily reinforce a victim consciousness that ultimately works in favor of those entities. Whatever weakness of the lower nature, wound, desire, fear, or unconscious behavior allowed the interference in the first place still needs to be faced and taken responsibility for. Otherwise, the same entry point and can be used again. Most occult influence does not even require a full entity attachment. Desires and thoughts can be injected through interference alone. But the key point is the inner weakness or entry point within a person that allows the interference to take hold. The real question is not only, “What is influencing me?” but also, “What within me is responding to it?” -Bernhard Guenther Episode 161 – Deepening Spiritual Discernment in an Age of Deception Listen to this podcast episode by clicking the link below or by searching Cosmic Matrix on iTunes, Spotify, or any other podcast streamer. https://veilofreality.com/2025/09/09/deepening-spiritual-discernment-in-an-age-of-deception-tcm-161-part-1 @timeoftransition

“As within, so without. As without, so within is a universal law. As you change within, the outside will inevitably change. If you’re stuck on the conspiracy level of informational awakening, you still separate yourself from the outside world. You easily fall into seeing evil as something “out there,” not facing your own darkness within yourself, and you externalize everything. It’s like being caught in Plato’s allegory of the cave. But if you’re sincere on the path of psychospiritual awakening, when you move beyond the informational level of awakening, you realize the connective nature of your inner life, how it relates to the outer world, and how it’s all deeply interconnected. This is why the true “secret” of reality creation isn’t only happening on a conscious level, in trying to imagine what you manifest on this surface level. It doesn’t work anyway. It’s happening in the unconscious, in how you are aligned within yourself, and that results in outside manifestation and in your relationships, including who you’re attracted to or what you attract.” -Bernhard Guenther Episode 140, Part 2 – Spiritual Awakening and Its Impact on Relationships To listen to this exclusive podcast, check the link below to sign up for our private membership section, where you will have access to over 180+ hours of *uncensored* podcasts where we dive much deeper and speak about topics that we can’t speak about on social media anymore. 👉 Sign up to tune into the full episode here: https://veilofreality.com/membership @timeoftransition

“What you most fall in love with in the beginning stages of a romance is the projection of your own soul that you have cast onto the other person. In order for love to survive past this stage, you have to withdraw that projection and learn how to love the person for the ordinary, mortal, flawed, human they are. Often, when the romantic phase fades (as it inevitably will), people believe that they have fallen “out of love” with that person, but really they have fallen “out of a projection.” You expected someone outside of you to live your soul life for you, to give your life ultimate meaning; but really that task was a journey you needed to take within the depths of your being all along.” -Laura Matsue Episode 173 – Why We Put People on Pedestals: The Golden Shadow Listen to this podcast episode by clicking the link below or by searching Cosmic Matrix on iTunes, Spotify, or any other podcast streamer. https://veilofreality.com/2026/04/18/why-we-put-people-on-pedestals-the-golden-shadow-tcm-173-part-1 @timeoftransition

“A lot of people who woke up by questioning official culture and official narratives have fallen deep into the rabbit hole of conspiracies. Obviously, there are conspiracies, but some people dove head on into it, and their whole focus remained completely external; suddenly everything became a psyop. Everything is a trap, everything is scripted, but this too can be a trauma response, a kind of schizoid split rooted in hypervigilance and paranoia, because of the shock taking a negative turn. It led to more disembodiment, dissociating, especially black and white thinking, meaning an inability to see nuance in events or in people. A highly dysregulated nervous system can also be a fear response in itself; it’s the black pilled mindset. There’s a focus on endless exposure to how corrupt and evil the world is that leads to being stuck in a doom-and-gloom mindset. But others who were awakened used the shock differently. They didn’t just question the system, get into conspiracies, do external research and all that; they started questioning themselves. They put the mirror on themselves, and that’s an appropriate use for a shock like that. They questioned their life choices, relationships, attachments, and their real purpose. They asked the ultimate question, “Who am I in all of this? Why do I want what I want? What are my goals, or what is my aim? Why am I here? What is my life really about?” For them, the shock became a disillusionment of their own lives, their own personality structure and identity, because disillusionment is a necessity on the path to awakening. All spiritual traditions have talked about the death of the conditioned, wounded, or programmed ego personality that then opens the way towards a deeper level of awakening.” -Bernhard Guenther Episode 165 – Spiritual Shocks: Why Souls Evolve Under Pressure Listen to this podcast episode by clicking the link below or by searching Cosmic Matrix on iTunes, Spotify, or any other podcast streamer. https://veilofreality.com/2025/11/15/spiritual-shocks-why-souls-evolve-under-pressure-tcm-165-part-1 @timeoftransition
