Your resting heart rate is one of the simplest indicators of cardiovascular fitness, recovery, and overall health.
WHAT A HIGH RHR CAN TELL YOU
If your resting heart rate is consistently elevated, it may indicate:
- Poor cardiovascular fitness
- Overtraining or inadequate recovery
- High stimulant intake
- Elevated stress or poor sleep
- Dehydration
- Excess bodyweight
- Cardiovascular strain from PED use
A heart that’s beating 85 times per minute instead of 60 has to perform over 35,000 extra beats every day.
