Internal Audit Qualification: Chartered Accountant (1st preference 1st attempt otherwise two attempts) • 4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in internal audit of a large manufacturing organisation, preferably automobiles and exposure to plant functions. • Good domain knowledge of manufacturing & supply chain operations as well as understanding of key business processes like O2C, P2P, HR, Payroll, legal compliances, marketing activities etc • Good interpersonal, communication, report drafting, presentations and analytical skills. • SAP Knowledge and practice • Good knowledge of MS Excel, other Data analytics and auditing tools will be an added advantage Job Profile: · Carryout audits assigned as per the approved audit plan in an effective, efficient and timebound manner. • Evaluate risks and controls, identify control gaps and inadequacies in processes • Identify opportunities of revenue enhancement and cost optimisation • Ensure comprehensiveness in audit coverage • Engage effectively with auditees on audit findings, issuance of audit reports and follow- up of action plan. • Closing out on audits independently with minimal supervision and review. Internal audit experience in manufacturing industry with post qualification experience in internal audit will also be considered Location – Pune Present ctc upto 25 lakhs. Increase of 30% from the present ctc. The job does not require travelling. Internal audit is pertaining to manufacturing plant only.
