Job Title: Finance Senior Manager Location: Chakan, Pune Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Senior Manager who can independently oversee and manage various financial functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in multiple areas of finance, including finalization of books of accounts, statutory audit, internal audit, taxation, and team management. Responsibilities: 1. Finalisation of Books of Accounts: Take ownership of the financial closing process in compliance with Ind AS (Indian Accounting Standards) and demonstrate knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. 2. Statutory Audit and Internal Audit: Coordinate and manage the statutory audit process in collaboration with external auditors. Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement, assess risk management procedures, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. 3. Direct and Indirect Taxation: Possess a comprehensive understanding of direct and indirect taxation laws, including income tax, goods and services tax (GST), and other relevant tax regulations. Manage tax planning, compliance, and reporting activities. Stay updated with changes in tax laws and implement necessary adjustments accordingly. 4. Team Handling: Lead and supervise a team of finance professionals, including accountants, auditors, and tax specialists. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members. Delegate tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CA (Chartered Accountant), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or equivalent will be preferred. - Extensive experience in finance, accounting, and taxation roles, with a strong background in finalization of books of accounts, statutory audit, internal audit, and direct and indirect taxation. - In-depth knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and applicable financial reporting standards. - Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent leadership abilities and proven experience in managing teams. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
