A lot of our healing comes from simply dropping all inner resistance toward what we are currently feeling instead of forcing ourselves to feel a different way. All suffering comes from our inner resistance. — Erin @frequencycodes
HEALING THE INNER CHILD
Inner-child work offers deep, and profound healing. If you’re a human being alive on planet earth then you experienced trauma in your childhood.
Everything that you experienced in your childhood is still being retained and relived by your inner-child. That inner-child version of you is still very much alive within your body.
Any trauma that you may have experienced, any pain, any programming that you received... it served you then but it doesn’t serve the adult you’ve grown up to be.
Let’s set that inner child free!
Let's let that child part of you know that it's okay to cry, and that we will never abandon them again.
Let's let them know that they are safe, and loved beyond all imagination.
Try sitting in silence and taking yourself back to some painful experiences from your childhood and imagine your adult self coming in and giving them the care, the love, nurturing, and protection that inner child, who still resides within you, needs, the child who just wants to play and enjoy life.
Imagine yourself hugging that child version of yourself and letting the child cry or be upset.
Allow that child of yourself to express her feelings without making her feel wrong to express them.
Tell that child that you are sorry, it’s not her fault and that you are here to stay.
Observe the way you treat yourself in the present.
How do you talk to yourself?
Do you punish yourself for not meeting your standards?
Do you criticize and judge yourself?
Do you say mean things to yourself?
With every thought and action that you take, ask yourself if you would do or say that to your child self.
Would you force her to work when she is feeling ill?
Tell her to stop crying when she’s upset?
Would you point out her flaws?
Shame her when she does something wrong?
Be gentle with yourself, that child is still alive inside of you

✨
A life without wisdom is a life of illusion, which is a state of agitation, of misery.
Our first responsibility is to live a healthy, harmonious life, good for ourselves and for all others.
To do so, we must learn to use our faculty of self~observation, truth~observation.

Resharing some of the protocols I recommend for C-19 and shedding/jab detox. I tweak them based on the person, obviously but these are generally very useful supplements you can get on the fullscript store linked in the bio of my Instagram profile bio.
Is this you?!
AVOIDANT ATTACHMENT
You feel more comfortable with distance and separateness
You enjoy relationships at times, but never really need others
You focus on the cerebral and analytical, so that you can avoid the pain and longing of missed emotional connections with others
You can recall facts about your life (such as where you lived, what school you attended, the model of your first car, etc) but have great difficulty recalling memories of family experiences where there was authentic emotional engagement.
You idealize your parents) (to avoid connecting with how bad it really was) to minimize or downplay hurtful attachment experiences you had.
You may believe that family life has little to no effect on how you developed
You insist that the past has little to no influence on your present life.
(This doesn’t mean you had bad parents. It means your parents are human and experienced the same wounding I. Their childhood thus caused them to pass the wound onto their children, unintentionally)

ANXIOUS ATTACHMENT STYLE
You love to be very close to your romantic partners and have the capacity for great intimacy.
You often fear, however, that your partner does not wish to be as close as you would like him/her to be.
Relationships tend to consume a large part of your emotional energy.
You tend to be very sensitive to small fluctuations in your partner's moods and actions, and although your senses are often accurate, you take your partner's behaviors too personally.
You experience a lot of negative emotions within the relationship and get easily upset.
As a result, you tend to act out and say things you later regret.
If the other person provides a lot of security and reassurance, however, you are able to shed much of your preoccupation and feel contented.

You have the power to improve someone else's day, perhaps even their whole life, simply by giving them your compassion and kindness. Do it! Be a blessing. Be the change. Let your words heal and not wound. Let your presence make a difference today. Remember this as you rise in the morning. 🤍 Sending you all so much love! — Erin @frequencycodes
You cannot move on from something until you accept the truth about it. You cannot heal from that which you deny. Believing the stories you keep telling yourself about what happened will forever block your ability to heal from it - you remain enslaved to the past. The longer you run from your own shadows, the further disconnected from reality you become.

DID YOU KNOW: slowing down your breathing when taking to someone who is anxious or emotionally charged can help ground their energy, relax their mind and calm their nervous system. The power of breath is truly divine!! ✨🤍✨ — Erin

Allison McDowell on YouTube— Highly recommend if you want to understand the deeper aspects of the overall energy we’re going into when Pluto enters Aquarius. ( specifically to better understand the lower timeline potentials with ai and technology )
Here’s a video she does that dives into the deeper meaning of the recent Super Bowl Halftime Show.
She’s not crazy. She’s very well educated on these matters - specifically the deeper behind the scenes aspects.

✨️Goosebumps and Quantum Physics.✨
Scientifically known as Piloerection.
Did you know when you experience goosebumps/piloerection it's from the left and right hemisphere of your brain being in sync. This creates an antenna effect. The golden gate to the heavens.
