Love your Parents if you're still lucky enough to have them around. We are so busy growing up, living our lives that we often forget they are also growing old. It was my moms 67th birthday on Sunday! She and I have always had an emotional block between us which stems from a past life. I've really prioritized resolving our karma over the past few years because it's important to me. I use to take our differences personally but I realize now the history we share and hold so much compassion for her. I've lost a lot of people in my life starting at a very early age and one thing I make certain to do everytime I talk to her or see her is tell her that I love her. Life is a gift and our human existence is so incredibly short in the grander scale of things. Cherish the time you still have with those you love. I've learned time and time again just how quickly it can all end. I found this photo of her when she was in her early 20's. Love it so much. Hard to imagine our parents were once young!
