Strength isn’t loud.
Strength is the quiet architect behind closed doors, sipping its coffee like, “I don’t need to flex, I am the flex.”
The strongest people rarely broadcast their power because real power isn’t thirsty. It doesn’t beg for attention like a startup chasing its first round of funding. It just moves — silently, strategically, like a shadow with KPIs. Anyone can perform strength. Only a few can embody it. And embodiment doesn’t need a microphone. Because here’s the operational truth no one wants to put in the slide deck: When you’re genuinely strong, broadcasting it becomes a liability. It shifts your energy from execution to PR. From mastery to optics. From internal alignment to external applause. Strong people don’t have time for applause. They’re too busy building empires in the dark. Think about it — the loud ones are often still negotiating with themselves. They need validation to keep their internal systems online. They need the dopamine hit that says, “You’re doing great, sweetie.” Meanwhile, the genuinely strong are already on version 3.0 of the project you’re still tweeting about. They don’t announce their moves because their moves don’t require announcement. Results don’t need a press release. And real strength knows something else the world tends to forget in its dopamine-ravenous chaos: The moment you broadcast your power, you give the world a map to attack it.
Strong people don’t leak data. They protect their psychological bandwidth the way Fortune 500 CEOs protect their strategy decks — behind layers of encryption, NDAs, and a smile that says, “You’re not cleared for that information.” Silence is their firewall. Restraint is their operating system.
And self-control? That’s the enterprise software running quietly in the background, patching vulnerabilities you didn’t even know existed. The strongest people move like this because they understand a core principle of game theory: Power revealed is power weakened. Power withheld is power multiplied. It’s not mystery. It’s maintenance. They’re not humble — at least not in the traditional “aww shucks” sense. They’re intentional. They know that real force moves cleanest when nobody sees it coming. They know that announcing strength is often a confession that you don’t believe in it yet. And most of all, they understand this: Loud strength inspires competitors. Silent strength inspires fear. Loud strength creates noise. Silent strength creates tension. And tension is the currency of influence. At scale, the silent ones become the gravitational center of every room — the unspoken authority, the quiet metric everyone suddenly orbits. Because presence beats performance. And composure beats display. So the strongest people don’t broadcast their strength for the same reason the ocean doesn’t brag about its depth: It knows what it can swallow. In a world obsessed with showing, they practice the ancient art of being. Clean. Quiet. Undeniable. Not because they’re hiding… But because they don’t need to be found. Stay Sharp. — MM

The Climber’s Theory 25 November 2025 For the People Who Refused To Stay on the Ground. There’s a story we tell inside the Modern Mentalities ecosystem — a quiet parable whispered in the boardrooms of ambition and the back-alleys of self-doubt. It’s called: The Climber’s Theory. It started with one guy — a burned-out 27-year-old who swore his “potential” was a myth cooked up by HR motivational posters. He stood at the base of his own metaphorical mountain, staring up like, nah, that’s too much admin for my spirit today. But the Theory doesn’t ask for strength. It asks for movement. So he took the first step — clumsy, tiny, almost embarrassing. Then the second — shaky but real. Then a hundred more — uneven but his. Three months later? He wasn’t the same species. Here’s the wild part: His ascent triggered something. Other people saw him climbing — not flawlessly, not photogenically, but consistently — and they started climbing too. And soon the pattern emerged: Whenever one person moves, ten more remember they were built to move. The Climber’s Theory spread like an internal memo that accidentally went viral. A woman who hadn’t launched her business idea in six years finally pushed it out. A guy who’d been running from commitment actually sat down and rebuilt his life. A student on the edge of dropping out suddenly found their rhythm. No mysticism here — just a simple operational truth: Progress compounds faster than fear. Once you take the first step, the mountain rearranges itself around you. Hundreds have used this Theory to redirect their entire trajectory — not through perfect planning, but through imperfect ascent. That’s the heartbeat of it. You climb, the world responds. You move, your life restructures. You rise, gravity negotiates. And if you’re reading this with that quiet itch — that “I know I’m meant for more but I don’t know the rollout strategy” feeling — then consider this your sign from the Universe’s HR department: Start climbing. Everything else is downstream. If you want to master this framework at a deeper, more tactical level, I’ve put together something for you. The Esoteric Codex — a psychological blueprint for power, clarity, and upward mobility — is available now. Tap in. Ascend. Yours, MM

The Energy of Composure Here’s the quiet truth no one wants to say out loud: composure is a power source. Not a soft skill. Not a “nice-to-have.” A power plant humming beneath your decisions, shaping every room you walk into. When everyone else is glitching out emotionally, composure is the internal stabilizer that says, We move with intention, not impulse. It’s the luxury of staying unshaken while the market swings, the gossip circulates, the competition panics, the noise crescendos. In a world where people run on cortisol, composure is clean energy. Sustainable. Efficient. Scalable. And the funny thing? It’s not about acting chilled. It’s about being structurally steady. The kind of steadiness that comes from knowing who you are, what you’re doing, and why none of the background static deserves a seat at your strategy table. Because composure isn’t silence. It’s signal. It’s clarity wrapped in restraint. It’s the executive summary of your soul saying, “I operate above the turbulence.” Here’s the operational insight most people miss: Composure allows you to control tempo. Tempo is leverage. And leverage is how you bend outcomes in your direction without breaking a sweat. When you’re composed, you become a thermostat, not a thermometer. You set the climate of an interaction. You decide the emotional bandwidth of the room. You dictate the pace at which a conflict, a negotiation, or a misunderstanding unfolds. That’s the energy of someone playing long-term strategy in a short-term world. And yeah, on the surface, composure looks gentle — almost serene. But beneath that serene exterior is a full-blown security architecture: • Emotional firewalls blocking panic. • Cognitive load-balancers distributing pressure. • Psychological encryption that protects your internal state from external chaos. People feel it even when you’re silent. Especially when you’re silent. The composed person becomes a mirror — everyone sees themselves reflected in your calm. Their volatility contrasts sharply with your stillness. It exposes what’s noisy, messy, unresolved in them. And that’s why composure commands respect. Not the loud kind. The intuitive kind. The kind people grant you because your energy feels organized. Here’s the poetic irony: The less you react, the more your presence becomes an event. The less you reveal, the more your mind becomes myth. The less you panic, the more people orbit you for stability they can’t cultivate on their own. Composure is not suppression — it’s optimization. You’re not “holding things in.” You’re holding things together. You’re reallocating energy away from frantic emotional churn and toward decisive execution. It’s the art of being internally quiet so your moves land louder. If you want to build power that compounds, start here. Build the discipline of being unmoved by the temporary. Build the confidence of being powered by intention. Build the composure that makes you a force — not a follower of emotional weather patterns. Lead yourself first. The world adjusts accordingly. Why Command Is Born in Silence Humans are sophisticated biological machines that have the power to exert wilful control over external non-biological and biological beings. To command, you have to control your internal state of mind first. And it all starts with the brain: You need processing capacity (IQ). You need attention span. You need focus. And silence. I spent years of my life suffering from a lack of attention span and that has made me come to think that I’m perhaps one of the dumbest people on the planet. Not until I found Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). At first I thought it was garbage. Talking to another person about your problems doesn’t fix them, or does it? It didn’t make much sense until I evaluated the two very different outcomes in both my actions and thoughts after every session. Whenever I spoke out loud, whether to myself or to another person, my thoughts registered clearer than as my internal monologue. As someone who grew up introverted, With only a handful of friends and perhaps one or two people I fully opened up to growing up it wasn’t quite surprising when later in life I found myself still bottling up emotions. This seeped into every area of my life. It not only affected my ability to carry on with my daily activities, it also became a hinderance when it came to building meaningful relationships & maintaining them. I was always in my head because I just thought nobody had the capacity to understand what I was going through. That was not true. When I finally started to open up to people with somewhat of a similar experience, it changed everything about the way I operated. And then, I discovered it wasn’t that I was incapacitated, rather just lacking meaningful projects to channel my life-force energy towards. There wasn’t any point in me ‘commanding’ because there was no objective I wanted to achieve — so what was I directing?! And when you don’t have life goals you wish to accomplish, you become one of the commanded instead. Vision separates leaders from followers. When I spoke to another person and expressed myself, not only did my thoughts become clear, it lifted a heavy burden from my chest because I was able to organise my emotions. Emotions are meant to serve you, not to control you. Unless you have your emotions in check at all times, your performance in anything will be sub-par — business and personal life. Repressed emotions will make humans implode so instead of bottling up feelings, get someone whom you can talk to regularly. You don’t have to say too much, just the important stuff. At some point in life, things can become boring to the point where you have very few people to relate to in regards to lifestyle. When you learn to control yourself, the external world will follow suit. You won’t need command because obedience will come naturally. Silence creates the atmosphere for clarity over choices and focus ensures you achieve your objectives. If you’re able to master the fundamentals: How to sustain a long enough attention span in silence, with your goals in mind… All else will become easy. Your life purpose will be revealed to you. And you will never be bored again, because boredom is only a result of not having anything meaningful to do. Master command over self and the external will follow your direction. Learn to express yourself to another person or in writing and you also master your emotions. Learn to listen, and you can easily tell people’s intentions towards you. When you are able to fully take back control of your mind, emotions and body, everything else will become easier to move. Command becomes a state of existence. You don’t have to fake it, you will exist in that state of mind. And others will follow suit. Talk soon, Modern Mentalities

The Erosion of Solitude in a Hyperconnected World Solitude is not loneliness. Most people confuse staying alone and keeping to yourself with being lonely. There are a great many things you can do by yourself that can be more rewarding than the constant need for company. The point is not to isolate yourself from society completely, rather, to minimize unnecessary contact in order to increase mental clarity. Those who can’t stay alone fear those who can for a very simple reason — who can endure solitude can endure almost any pain. Most of your problems in life will be as a result of your inability to stay alone. And almost every trap you will walk into will be as a result of your inability to master silence. Most of the issues we’re dealing with in today’s day and age stems from group-think. Life becomes more and more complicated the larger your circle gets. And eventually, the things that are supposed to give you power begin to take away your power instead, because in a group, it’s not about who is right, but who everybody likes most. However, likability and utility are not the same thing. You don’t want to be liked. You want to be able to get things done. And unless you can endure solitude, you will never be able to create anything meaningful. You also don’t want to be dependent on any group because it takes away your autonomy. Nothing gets built in a crowd. No new things can come into existence without you giving your mind totally and completely to silence. Alchemy starts with emptiness. Before you can turn chaos into magic, You must first step aside from the spectators and doubters. That’s when ideas are born and your performance gets to its peak. Train alone, and you not only train your mind to be sharper and faster, but you become quicker in spotting people’s intentions. Whereas in a group, you’re vulnerable to psyop When you become dependent on a group, you’re also subjecting yourself to the mercy of collective thinking, which can be very volatile and dangerous if you’re trying to create anything of value. To fully take control of your mind you must first endure a period of total isolation during which you can re-organise your mental library, which is also when you can come up with new ideas and actually stick with them. Those who get their power from the group are usually powerless without the group. You don’t want to be dependent on a crowd for your actions to be meaningful. You don’t want to be controlled by ‘consensus.’ We are creators. We build things. The master architect is not found in a group, he is the one outside the group. You can’t lead if you’re always with the army because to lead is to have clear boundaries. And without boundaries, you’re no leader, but a pawn the army uses to get their way. Leaders are visionaries that build. And the greatest aspiration a man can have is to want to create new things from whatever is at your disposal. We are enjoying a world built by great minds that paid the price of solitude with a smile. Those minds valued Legacy over Applause. Everybody wants to be great, but nobody wants to pay the price. The reason the world is decaying today is not because we lack great minds, but because the herd is always attacking the brilliant minded. The moment you surrender yourself to them & start to conform to their ways, you lose what makes you unique. And instead of focusing on building, you start to focus on other people. Yet, the more you care about being watched the less autonomy you will have. Because you won’t be focusing on what you’re doing, rather who’s watching! To Possess Power — This is NON-NEGOTIABLE You must have Privacy of ’Some Sort.’ Privacy (no matter how minute the time) is like clothing for your soul. It covers the subconscious thoughts that seep out when we lose control over our impulses. These thoughts slowly make their way out as we spend more and more time with people & less and less time alone. In absolute silence. The need for performance slowly evolves to a stripping away of all our essence for approval. Protect your ALONE TIME — No Matter How Minute The Time You Get Is You will become more Magnetic and Powerful once you’re able to live as though nobody can see you – yet knowing full well you’re watched. When you can live as though nobody sees you and yet everybody is watching you — that’s it! Stay Sharp, Modern Menalities

The Unobserved Life There’s a misconception that we perform better when under constant scrutiny and — 24/7 surveillance. This is not true. It is a MISCONCEPTION! There’s nothing hidden under the Sun. Yet, our ability to perform anything increases tenfold when we execute without the need for performance. Performance removes creativity. It increases anxiety and anxiety encourages using optics. Whatever creativity’s ’performed’ was birthed privately first, refined by very few people, and finally put out for the public to peruse. The greatest productivity hack you will learn in your lifetime is not how to read faster, how to think sharper, or even how to do things quicker. The greatest productivity hack you will learn in your lifetime is not losing your PRIVATE SPACE. The less you’re able to have time for yourself, the harder it becomes for you to think clearly. CEOs and Managers are not necessarily better than their employees – they have more privacy, and time to think alone. That is an advantage. If you’ve never been a business owner or a CEO of anything, I guarantee that you’re most likely to perform excellently if not at least @ 80% of the efficiency most handlers do. Here’s How It Works: Understanding How The Mechanism Works — The Business. The Sport. And The Game. Is imperative, First and Foremost… The other part is simply learning Command. You can only learn To Command by staying away from external influences. Unless your Inner Rhythm is under control, you cannot command anything. And until you learn how ’To Command’ you cannot lead anyone. Being a leader is about learning command, and the power to command reality only comes from the silence that only absolute solitude brings. When you fully grasp this, you will come to The Realisation that The Real Hierarchy of Power is not in who has the most or whose name echoes loudest in public places… — IT IS IN CHOOSING WHO GETS ACCESS TO YOU AND WHEN! That seemingly irrelevant little nuance popping up in our lives, and demonstrated in plethora of ways as we observe different realities from the same planet — modes of existence/living — That ’Seemingly Irrelevant Nuance’ is what the entire structure of civilisation is built upon. The Only Caveat to This is That: Power (Privacy in The Modern Age) — even though we mostly claim only exposes Can be ’Extremely Corrosive.’ We are born Under Observation 👁️ We get to spend the first few years of our lives under constant surveillance and watchful eyes. You don’t just easily break off of the instinctual idea that you’re silently always being watched. And because of this so many people have spent their lives running from observation. They run from observation by trying not to be observed and acting as if they do not do what they do — Pretence and Fear! Ironically, this has the opposite of the desired effect. Instead of freedom to act, your mind – in an attempt to resolve the discrepancies we create whenever we try to escape observation creates more confusion between your beliefs and reality. The idea that you can spend time without the possibility of watchful eyes may seem absurd as most never have anything meaningful to do alone when unobserved anyway. Why? Because their entire lives have been built around performance and feedback loops. When they get to act unobserved — come to Power — they easily get corrupted by it because they already spent the first and most vital period of their life running from the overwhelm that constant scrutiny tends to impose on a person. (This is probably where the idea of ’The Cabin In The Woods’ came from). To truly Posses Power, one must learn to think — Not in terms of how much you have Rather in terms of how much of your time you have control over. AND at the same time, Learn to behave as though you’re being watched 24/7 while proceeding as if you DO NOT CARE! You have to Learn to Act without the need for applause. And Perform without no Feedback Nothing exists unobserved.

Something unnatural happens when you supercharge your body with energy and refuse to let it escape through cheap outlets. You start to see too much. You notice the machinery behind people’s smiles, the micro-transactions of power, the subtle manipulations that most ignore to stay sane. It’s not enlightenment —it’s exposure. The kind that burns. When energy is trapped inside you —emotional, sexual, creative—it doesn’t vanish. It compresses, folds into itself, and sharpens your perception. The longer you hold it, the clearer you think. Your instincts refine. Your mind stops chasing dopamine and starts dissecting patterns. You begin to read silence as easily as words. But that kind of clarity comes at a cost. You drift from the collective rhythm. Ordinary pleasures feel hollow. You grow cynical —not because you hate the world, but because you’ve seen what it runs on. You realize most behavior isn’t driven by love, morality, or meaning—it’s driven by energy management. People chase release in every form imaginable: Gossip, sex, noise, scrolling, consumption. They discharge their charge. You conserve yours. Stay high-energy long enough and something peculiar happens—the mind and body separate. The body still hums with vitality, but the mind stands above it, observing like a scientist. Every emotion becomes data. Every impulse is slowed down and seen for what it is. That’s the moment you stop being reactive and start being aware. Clarity, then, isn’t mystical. It’s mechanical. It’s what happens when your system runs hot, yet you refuse to waste the current on trivial outlets. You hold the voltage. You let the chaos simmer. And in that tension, you begin to perceive more reality than the average person can bear to process. It’s not peace you find—it’s power in stillness.

People chase validation because silence terrifies them. The man who can exist unseen commands those who crave to be noticed.

Be Ruthless With Your Time Time is the most democratic resource in existence. Everyone gets the same twenty-four hours—kings and beggars alike. Most people live as if their time is a public park —open to all. Walked on by anyone. They let others dictate what deserves their attention. They check every notification, reply to every message, and say yes to every request. They call this being “available.” In truth, it’s being disposable. You can tell the quality of a person’s life by how they treat their time. Weak men treat it like sand. It slips through their fingers while they talk about plans they’ll never start. Strong men treat it like currency. Every minute has a purpose. Every hour earns its worth. Ruthlessness with time isn’t cruelty—it’s clarity. You’re not being harsh when you decline meaningless chatter, avoid shallow invitations, or disappear to work on yourself. —you’re being disciplined. You’re defending your finite existence from endless consumption. Every distraction is a thief with a polite smile. Every wasted hour is a quiet betrayal of your own potential. You must become territorial about your attention. Guard it like a lion guards its den. People will call you cold. Unavailable. Arrogant. Let them. The ones who drain you will always mistake boundaries for hostility. The truth is, focus is a form of love. When you choose what deserves your energy, you declare what matters most. You stop scattering your life across trivial pursuits and start consolidating it around meaning. Ask Yourself: How many hours have you traded for validation? How many mornings have you lost to scrolling? How many dreams have you delayed because you were too polite to say no? To master time, you must detach from approval: The world rewards accessibility, but greatness demands distance. The crowd fears solitude; the elite cultivate it. Because in silence, you start to hear what’s real. Be ruthless with your time not because you’re selfish—but because you’re aware. Every second you waste is one you’ll never reclaim. Every day lived on autopilot is a day stolen from the life you could have built. The modern world glorifies “busy,” but busyness is often just disguised avoidance. Don’t chase activity—chase precision. Do fewer things with higher intensity. Eliminate the noise, and your actions will begin to echo. Remember: Discipline isn’t always about doing more. It’s about doing less—better. So cut the distractions. Ignore the noise. Build the habits that align with your future, not your impulses. And when someone asks why you’ve gone quiet, just smile. Because they won’t understand what it means to finally own your time. Do you want to take back full control of your time? Sign up to receive: The Minimalistic Letters —a collection of stoic, psychologically charged essays designed for thinkers who value clarity, depth, and inner dominance. Each letter is a lesson in control, power, and the art of becoming untouchable in a noisy world. Join: The Minimalistic Letters. Read less. Understand more. Stay sharp, Modern Mentalities

Most psychopaths are men. Most narcissists are women. Of the few narcissists that happen to be men, almost all usually have miserable lives. Very few women are psychopathic.

The narcissist always wants to be noticed. The psychopath just wants results. Lower your narcissism and focus on getting the work done.

Spending more time on a task does not necessarily make you perform better at it. Efficiency is about getting results.

You either learn to control your mind or have someone else do the controlling for you.

WHY DO MANIPULATORS WIN? Let’s stop pretending the world is fair. You already know it isn’t… You deal with schemers, charmers, and emotional hijackers every week— Some put on a fake smile, some wear elaborate suits, and some may be sleeping in your bed. Don’t bother yourself with asking: “Why are people like this?” The real question is: “Why do they keep getting away with it?“ And the simple answer is: Because they are willing to do what you refuse to do. Which is putting in the necessary effort to study human behaviour. There’s a very simple formula to understanding/achieving anything in life and it goes like this… Energy = Outcome Manipulators invest a considerable amount of energy into studying human behaviour in order to get what they want. Energy, even when not perfectly exerted, will always produce result—regardless of morality. When dealing with humans, You can either complain about fairness, or you can choose to make yourself untouchable. Your goal is not to “fix the world.” That’s just another delusion. Your goal should be to remove yourself from its list of easy targets/prey. Stop Asking: “Why Do Manipulators Exist? And Start Asking: “Why Am I Vulnerable To Them?” That’s how you regain your power. You don’t defeat manipulators by appealing to morality. You defeat them by understanding their incentives, studying their strategies, and responding on equal footing—being strategic. Understand ThemThen Use Their Own Tools To Defend Yourself! Never demand sincerity from the insincere. Mirror their tactics—without losing your core. The reason people with shady intentions succeed very often is because those with good intentions very often REFUSE to be strategic. Manipulators win because their targets won’t fight back on the same battlefield. You can change all that today… Learn the strategies of the world’s most effective persuasionists and everything changes! Start Here: The Manipulator’s Bible

Pay attention to what people do not say more than just what they say. The unspoken often has more power over intentions than what is spoken.

You only get to live this life once. Treat every moment as sacred because traps are everywhere and enemies numerous.

Definitely, my friend. I vividly remember the moment I received life-changing information that reshaped my perspective. Initially, it was challenging for me to align my actions with what I knew to be true, even though I was aware of the reality. Until now, letting go has been a struggle for my mind. However, since I started going to the gym, I've noticed a positive shift in my thinking, viewing the world from various new angles. I believe that enduring the challenges and pain at the gym not only transforms my body but also reprograms my mind. These are just my thoughts, but I'm excited about the progress I'm making.
