Whenever you feel like demotivated, just open that rack in which you have kept them, see notebooks in which you have solved several numericals. Get self motivation by your own hard work. During studying, while switching to other subject, revision of previous will help that subject remain in memory. Periodic attempting tests is the best way to make a habit of revision. Once you have read the subject, then its the time to test your knowledge. Its natural human tendency that when we encounter challenges usually then we become most focused for revision in an aim of scoring good rank. ⭕️GATE TIP# 4 -- Productive Sleep of 7 hrs⭕️ Productivity in GATE exam can be increased by- concentration, Focus, memory & good health till the exam date. All of these factors are related to productive sleep (Not less than or more than 7 hrs). Taking rest while in between preparation is very important, it helps to increase concentration & increases focus. Productive sleep means sleep in a peaceful environment. Naturally, this can be best achieved at nights only. Sleeping in day time is not good, because of two reasons- first you will be able to take most peaceful sleep at nights only. Secondly, your exam will be at day time only you have to make a habit of remain mentally active at day time. We request you to make a habit of taking proper rest from this stage onwards.
