📢 We’re Hiring! We are looking for a Reception / HR Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities • Manage front desk and reception duties, including welcoming visitors and handling calls. • Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities and office requirements. • Maintain employee records and HR documentation. • Support onboarding, offboarding, leave, and other HR-related processes. • Coordinate with government authorities and assist with employee-related documentation. • Handle and maintain knowledge of MOHRE and UAE Immigration systems and procedures. • Assist with visa applications, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID, and other employment-related processes. • Ensure company and employee documentation is properly maintained and up to date.
