Google Pixel 7a initial impressions -
Pros -
- A very handsome looking phone
- Extremely comfortable
- IP67
- Glasstic > Glass
- Reliable fingerprint sensor
- Good quality display
- Wireless charging
- The best Android experience
- Tensor is quite capable for daily tasks
- Segment best camera
Cons -
- Thick bezels
- Speakers are treble-focused
- 18W charging
- Network issues (device specific)
- Tensor G2 runs warm
- Can't handle heavy games
- Portrait mode is below average
Overall, Google worked upon many of the weaknesses of the 6a and added a few positives of the 7 to make the Pixel 7a. Makes a lot of sense if & when it comes under ₹35,000
