هذا الجهل ابد ما راح ينتهي، اصلا صار فد شي روتيني انة ال relative مال البيشنت حته يعبر عن حبة للمريض يروح يضرب الدكتور/ة.
تروح تشتكي عليهم، يجون يكولون الطبيب مهنتة أنسانية و لازم يتفهم هذا الموقف و يصبر ع الريلتف و من هاي الكلاوات، و بالتالي تنتهي الدعوى و يرجع كلشي للنورمل، و يتشجعون بقية الناس و راح يسوون نفس الشيء، و ندخل ب vicious circle.
هجي قضايا المفروض ما تمر مرور الكرام، و إذا الطبيب فعلا كان مقصر فأكو محكمة و يكدر مُرافق المريض يشتكي.

Combined ergometrine and oxytocin
(A commonly used brand is Syntometrine.)
- - 1-ml ampoule contains 5 IU of oxytocin and 0.5 mg ergometrine and is administered by intramuscular injection.
-- The oxytocin acts within 2.5 minutes, and the ergometrine within 6–7 minutes.
-- Their combined action results in a rapid uterine contraction enhanced by a stronger, more sustained contraction lasting several hours.
-- Administered, normally, at birth of the anterior shoulder.
--- Caution. No more than two doses of ergometrine 0.5 mg should be given, as it can cause headache, nausea and an increase in blood pressure; it is normally contraindicated where there is a history of hypertensive or cardiac disease.

>> if it is good, seek for the underlying cause of B3 deficiency like Carcinoid syndrome, alcohol intake, and Hartnup disease.
