Approach to cavitory lung lesion

24 yo Male presented with finger pointing (as u see in the picture) epigastric pain. The pain started in the past 1 mn, aggrevated by hunger and releived by food. What is your professional dx??? @AhmedAbdSambot

post 1 of Ortho Pelvic instability: ●Any problem in the pelvic ring معناها المريض ميكدر يمشي مثلك ➡️so this ring need to be intact This ring when becoms unstable? لازم تنكسر من مكانين(مهمه) 2 points fracture (مثل حلقه الاصبع○حته توكع من الاصبع لازم تنكسر من مكانين). ●Stability of ring depends on: Bones & Lig. ●Stable➡️pelvis can withstand weight bearing load with out displacement (one that will allow full weight bearing without the risk of pelvic deformity) ●Unstable➡️pt can't stand on his leg اله اذا اني تدخلت وسويتله شي ليش مهم نعرف اذا ستيبل لو لا ●stabe=mean the bones absorb most of the force , so the underlying the bone is intact (no visceral inj)●unstable= not absorbe the force(beyond its limit )so there's visceral inj any ring to make it unstable= we fr it in two places هل معنى هذا الشي اذا شفت كسر بمكان واحد هذا ستيبل؟ لا لازم افحص كل الأماكن يله احدد هذا ستيبل لو لا so we divide pelvic rim into 1. Ant portion (from acetabulum to acetabulum) =can easily seen with x-ray 2.Post portion(iliac plate, sacroiliac,sacrum)= very difficult to be seen with x-ray

Respiratory distress syndrome RDS with necrotizing enterocolitis NEC and pneumatosis intestinalis. These are 2ndry complications of intestinal hypoxia 👉👉 intestinal ischaemia 👉👉 necrosis of mucosa👉👉 proliferation of the bacteria 👉👉 both bacteria and gas will enter the bowel wall👉👉 pneumatosis intestinalis. Very Poor prognosis #pediatric

Spade like fingers in acromegalic patient. صراحة صعب تنتبهلها إذا ما تلاحظ بقية ال features مال ال acromegaly مثل proganthism و لل supra orbital ridge و هذا البيشنت كان عنده أيضا Deep voice و carpal tunnel syndrome. ما ردت انشرة ك كيس، لأن صعب شوية. #endocrine

هذا البيشنت كان عندة brain tumor، واضح ال hypodense lesion بس اكو مثل ال ischaemic stroke صايرة بال right side ايضا بالرغم ان المريض ما عنده hx of ischaemic stroke، فگالوا انشوف رأي ال radiologist . و مو بس هاي انشوف مكان ال tumor صاير بال left side و تقريبا بعيد عن ال frontal lobe و مع ذلك البيشنت عنده behavioral disturbances، فصراحة الكيس كان عليه question mark و مو سهل .

Welcome back to ECG island again. Elderly hypertensive female presented with cardiac pain. O/E : no pericardial rub. ECG show ST elevation in lateral leads with mild STE in inferior leads. Suspected infero-lateral MI.

اجتنه فترة أكثر الكيسات كانت ECGs و هسه رجعت بالقناة لكيتها كلها radiology مرات تجي الكيسات ع شكل clusters, بحيث تجي فترة اسبوع انت ما شايف MI، و يجي يوم تشوف 6 كيسات MI (و هاي صارت طبعا) ف الي لاحظتة، احنا بالأشعة ضعيفين أكثر مما ضعيفين بال ECG (و من ضمنهم المتكلم) بس ان شاء الله، بمرور الوقت و من تكثر الكيسات، راح يصير عدنا تشخيص الكيسات الكمن فد شي سهل (تماما مثل ما تعودنا بال ECGs)

طبعا هذا كيييس very interesting 47 yo M presented to our ER complaining from headache. When I wanted to examine him, there is obvious behavioural disturbance, the pt took any order in funny way. Neurological ex : -- Normal planter response bilaterally --power is 4/5 in all limbs. -- Normal reflexes -- sensation is intact. CT brain as u see in the picture. Behavioural unstability (by hx) is observed by his father in last 1 mn. What do u think about this case??? طبعا هذا خوش كيس للمناقشة. @AhmedAbdSambot #neurology
