Rare case to be encoutered. Previously well. Develop dry cough in the past 3-4 wk + progressive SOB + high body temperature. In the past 3 days, she noticed these skin lesions. O/E Febrile middle age lady, and signs of respiratory distress were easily to provoked. Chest Auscultation reveal soft crepitation??? Skin lesions were tender. Lofler syndrome was Suspected and confirmed later on.
