सभी विद्यार्थी अपने साथ परीक्षा हेतु ब्लैक पेन साथ लेकर आये, परीक्षा कॉपी की OMR शीट में गोले (Circle) ब्लैक पेन से भरना(Fill) जरूरी है।
समस्त परिशार्थियो को प्रवेश पत्र के माध्यम से निर्देश दिए गए है :- 1. All examinees must report to the examination centre at least 30 minutes before the commencement of examination, i.e., by 10:30 AM.
2. The examination will begin promptly at 11:00 AM.
3. No candidate will be permitted to enter the examination hall after 11:00 AM under any circumstances.
4. Candidates are advised to arrive well in advance to complete the necessary verification and seating formalities.

• Entry Closing Time: 11:00 AM (No entry thereafter) पालन कराना सुनिषित करें
सभी परीक्षार्थियों को निर्देश दे कि परीक्षा के दौरान किसी भी प्रकार की असुविधा एवं मूल्यांकन संबंधी त्रुटि से बचने हेतु OMR शीट में उत्तर के गोले केवल काले (ब्लैक) पेन से ही भरें/काले करें।
अन्य किसी रंग के पेन, पेंसिल अथवा अनुचित तरीके से गोले भरने पर OMR शीट के मूल्यांकन में समस्या उत्पन्न हो सकती है, जिसकी जिम्मेदारी संबंधित परीक्षार्थी की होगी।
विद्यार्थियों के लिए परीक्षा हेतु संस्था में उपस्थित होने का समय 10.30am है। 11.00am के बाद परीक्षा कक्ष में प्रवेश की अनुमति नही होगी।

RGPV यूनिवर्सिटी भोपाल के नवीन निर्देशानुसार इस वर्ष से सैद्धान्तिक परीक्षा (Theory Exam) हेतु विद्यार्थी 11.00am के पूर्व अपने निर्धारित परीक्षा कक्ष में अपने टेबल पर बैठ जाये। 11.00am के पश्चात किसी भी स्थिति में परीक्षा कक्ष में प्रवेश नही दिया जावेगा।
अतः समस्त विद्यार्थियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि वे परीक्षा दिवसों में संस्था में 10.30am पर उपस्थित होना सुनिश्चित करें। विलंब होने पर परीक्षा कक्ष में बैठने से वंचित होना पड़ेगा जिसकी जिम्मेदारी स्वयं विद्यार्थी की होगी।

संस्था के समस्त ब्रांचो के 2nd/ 4th/ 6th सेम के नियमित विद्यार्थियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि वे अपने नियमित विषयों की परीक्षा फीस दिनाँक 05/06/2026 की शाम 5.00बजे के पूर्व ऑनलाइन जमा करना सुनिश्चित करें। फीस जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि 06/06/2026 है। अंतिम तिथि का इंतज़ार नहीं करें क्योंकि हो सकता है APAAR/ABC ID संबंधित डेटा मिसमैच की समस्या आ सकती है। ऐसी स्थिति में अंतिम समय पर निराकरण समय सीमा में हो पाना संभव नहीं है।
