Trading triangles is favorable- mkt moves in a range and we can buy near the uptrendline and sell near the downtrendline.
But there is one more super favorable style where we trade the triangle breakout failure.
Mkt breaks a trendline but there is no continuation and it reverses. This leads to a sharp move due to traders closing their positions quickly.
