Banks violate the law by lending you your own money at exorbitant rates to line their own pockets.
They do this via a contrived -green- paper currency scheme backed by nothing since 1971, when President Nixon took he people off the gold standard.
This created inflation, which is the loss of purchasing power affecting society.
When a promissory note is issued in accordance with the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), it is a lawful and valid negotiable instrument that functions as money under contract law.
The obligation is discharged at the moment of issuance because the note carries the full value of the borrower’s promise.
However, banks routinely act not as true intermediaries, but as unlawful beneficiaries: they monetise the note, book it as an asset on their ledgers and then lend its value back to the issuer at interest.
This practice violates trust and breaches Public Law 73-10 (House Joint Resolution 192, 1933), which outlawed payment in gold and required all debts to be repaid in credit.
It also conflicts with Regulation Z under the Truth in Lending Act, which requires full disclosure of credit terms and prohibits deceptive lending practices.
By concealing the fact that the borrower’s own instrument funded the loan, banks commit constructive fraud, violate equitable principles and transform a mutual exchange into systemic exploitation.
