| 4 | Today I received a shopping order and after paying at cashier I got stuck at the page: "Mark as paid" and I couldnt go to the next page to upload the receipts.
I called support chat and after answering questions the agent directed me to disregard the app and deliver the shoppings to customer and let him know. I delivered and let them know but instead of topping up the assigned upfront money, the agent cancelled both orders and zero top up. Again I called and another agent said I will escalate to a team but in spite of long time didnt received response. Please top up the fares for the two orders that I couldnt deliver normally due to Uber's app glitch | 31 |
| 5 | Today I had a serie of terrible experiences with my mobile phone. First I received a shopping order from Uber. In its page no pictures were downloaded and I did the job only by description of items. At the cashier I paid for the items but afterwards when I wanted to upload the receipts, at the page named: "Mark as paid" I got stuck, a circle rotate in the middle then an error message of : "Something went wrong, try again". I tried several times but unsuccessful. I called support. They asked me to upload the receipts on the chat page but it failed also. Finally the agent told me to disregard the app and deliver the items and let them know.
My second problem was downloading a photo sent in Whatsapp and Imo. I tried several times that finally I could download.
My third problem was retrieving my received emails in Outlook. It couldnt until I arrived home and connected to my Wifi home internet.
My fourth problem was that I received a message from Telegram saying that someone tried to access your account. That guy inserted the code correctly but as my account was password protected that person couldnt proceed further.
What is your take and your suggested remedy? | 22 |
