WHY ARE WE CELEBRATING THIS? Have you guys actually read the budget resolution passed by congress last night? I did... It DOES NOT eliminate taxes on tips, overtime or social security. It doesn't actually reduce the overall deficit and outlines a national debt of $55.5 Trillion by year 2034 🤯 It instructs 7 committees to "submit changes in laws within its jurisdiction to reduce the deficit by not less" than a combined $2 trillion. (here is where they claim they are reducing the deficit) BUT... At the same time, it also instructs 4 other committees to "submit changes in laws within its jurisdiction that INCREASE the deficit by not more than" a combined $4.8 trillion.
