Thoughts in the brain are a symphony of neurons firing in harmony like an orchestra. ANY impulse which modifies that electrical firing could theoretically alter thought - like disturbing one or more sections of an orchestra. Video is the most powerful form of thought manipulation, as it can combine visual, audio, verbal, and written communication in motion - and edited into a hypnotic rhythm. Combined with an understanding of deep psychology and physiology - one can induce thoughts or emotions (Inception) in the audience, building on earlier manipulations and sneaking information into the subconscious - tying emotions to keywords, images, sounds, while avoiding the critical filter of the intellect.
