چرا اساتید به ایمیل شما پاسخ نمیدهند: ۱. فاند ندارند و نمیتوانند شما را از لحاظ مالی ساپورت کنند ۲. یکسان نبودن ریسرچ اینترست های شما و زمینه تحصیل و تحقیق شما با استاد مد نظر ۳. ساختار و متن ایمیل شما و جملات شما مناسب نبوده و یا خوشایند استاد واقع نشده است ۴. گروه آنها تکمیل شده و نیاز به دانشجوی جدید ندارند ۵. ممکن است ایمیل شما را دریافت نکرده باشند (ایمیل اسپم شده باشد) ۶. زمان نامناسب (ساعات شبانه، آخر هفته ها)، تفاوت ساعات رو بررسی کنید ۷. استاد قبلا دانشجوی🚩 ایرانی داشته و راضی نبوده ۸. ایمیلتون طولانی هست، هر ایمیل نباید بیشتر از ۴۵۰-۵۰۰ کلمه باشد. ۹. راجع به رزومه خودتون و کارهایی که انجام دادید بیش از حد لزوم توضیح دادید، رزومه خودتون را الصاق کنید و اجازه بدید توضیحات بیشتر رو در رزومه چک کنند ۱۰. همراه ایمیلتون فایلهای غیر ضروری ارسال کردید برای ایمیل اولیه رزومه کافیه ۱۱. به صورت واضح و شفاف دلیل علاقه مندی خودتون به پیوستن به گروه استاد را بیان نکردید ۱۲. ریمایندر ارسال نکردید ۱۳. دلایل نامعلوم 🤔 #ایمیل

برای #ایمیل دادن: -از شکلک ها و ایموجی ها به هیچ وجه استفاده نکنید -حتما در ساعات اداری به ویژه صبح ها ایمیلتون رو ارسال کنید -اساتید روی اسمشون حساس هستند حتما درست بنویسید -در انتها چندین بار ایمیل رو چک کنید که غلطهای املایی و گرامری نداشته باشید -از امضای مناسب برای ایمیل خود استفاده کنید

پاسخ یکی از اساتید کانادایی من (با ملیت غیر کانادایی) در جواب سوال اینکه چرا اساتید کانادایی به ایمیل های دانشجویان کمتر پاسخ میدهند: Ok,advice about how to get replies: As you know, professors in developed countries get many e-mails requesting PhD or MSc scholarships (at least 10 every 2 days).This means your e-mail should stand-out, as competition is high. If you aim to get an e-mail, avoid sending generic cover e-mails, do not list key words in the Profs. profiles, try to read the papers of the professor you are contacting. Write a couple of well curated, non-generic and insightful sentences. Make your e-mail short and snappy, highlighting the best of your CV.  Also, you will have better chances with full Profs. than Asst. or Assoc. Profs. They usually have less fundings. If you aim to get into Canada, focus on those that are Canada Chairs Tier 1 or 2.  #ایمیل

نحوه ایجاد امضا در Outlook: ابتدا به بخش setting در گوشه سمت راست بروید، سپس بر روی گزینه all settings کلیک کنید، پنجره ای ظاهر میشود که در بخش compose and reply, میتوانید امضای خود را تعیین نمایید. #ایمیل

نحوه ایجاد امضا (signature) در جیمیل: ابتدا وارد setting در گوشه سمت راست شده و see all setting را انتخاب نمایید، در قسمت پایینتر این بخش signature قابل مشاهده میباشد. سپس گزینه create new را انتخاب کرده و میتوانید اسم و سایر اطلاعات مورد نیاز را وارد نمایید. #ایمیل

یکی از نکات مهم برای ایمیل دادن انتخاب آدرس ایمیل مناسب هست، در صورت نداشتن ایمیل آکادمیک ترجیحا یک ایمیل با نام و نام خانوادگی خود بسازید، از به کار بردن اسامی متفرقه یا غیر متعارف و غیر حرفه ای در آدرس ایمیل خود خودداری کنید. سعی کنید یک امضا در ایمیل خود ایجاد کنید که شامل نام و نام خانوادگی، تحصیلات و دانشگاه شما، لینک لینکداین یا وبسایت شما باشد. امضا باید کوتاه و ساده باشد. #ایمیل
