| 8 |  Salt is having an identity crisis. Once again the commercial food landscape is shifting whether in the US or around the world so heads up. Take for instance salt. Now companies are allowed to put in a salt substitute. known as SOI, ,although they are dangerous for people with chronic kidney disease or certain heart conditions who cannot process extra potassium.
