የበጎ ፈቃድ አገልግሎት ጥሪ ማስታወቂያ ሀገራችን የአፍሪካ ሕብረት የመሪዎችን ጉባኤ እና ሌሎች የተለያዩ ዓለም አቀፋዊ፣ አህጉራዊና ቀጠናዊ ጉባኤዎችን እንደምታስተናግድ ይታወቃል፡፡ በቀጣይ ሀገራችን የተባበሩት መንግሥታት የአየር ንብረት ለውጥ ማዕቀፍ ስምምነት (UNFCCC) የአየር ንብረት ለውጥ ጉባኤ (COP32)፣ 5ኛው የአፍሪካ ማኅበረሰብ ጤና ዓለም አቀፍ ጉባኤ (CPHIA) እና 40ኛው የአፍሪካ ህብረት የመሪዎች ጉባኤ ላይ የሚሳተፉ እንግዶችን በላቀ መስተንግዶ ለመቀበል ልዩ ዝግጅት እያደረገች ትገኛለች፡፡ የኢ.ፌ.ዲ.ሪ. የውጭ ጉዳይ ሚኒስቴር የሀገራችንን በጎ ገጽታ አጉልቶ ለማሳየት መልካም አጋጣሚን በሚፈጥሩት በእነዚህ ጉባኤ ላይ እንግዶችን ከአቀባበል እስከ አሸኛኘት፣ እንዲሁም በሌሎች የመስተንግዶ መርሃ-ግብሮች ላይ በጎ ፈቃደኛ የፕሮቶኮል ካዴቶችን በመመልመል አሰልጥኖ በተለያዩ የፕሮቶኮል ስራዎች ላይ ለማሰማራት ይፈልጋል፡፡ በመሆኑም አመልካቾች ከነሐሴ 26/2018 ጀምሮ ባሉት አስር ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት በሚከተለው የምዝገባ ማስፈንጠሪያ https://forms.gle/qHRXAh5f6kKdZ5wq5 በመጠቀም በOnline ወይም በዋናው መሥሪያ ቤት በአካል በመገኘት እንድትመዘገቡ እያሳወቅን፡ የሀገራት መሪዎች፣ የዓለም ዓቀፍና ቀጠናዊ ተቋማት ኃላፊዎች እንዲሁም ተጽዕኖ ፈጣሪ ግለሰቦች በሚሳተፉበት ዓለም አቀፋዊ ጉባኤ ላይ በጎ ፈቃደኛ ፕሮቶኮል በመሆን የዚህ ተሪካዊ አካል ሆናችሁ ሀገራችሁን በኩራት እንድታገለግሉ የኢ.ፌ.ዲ.ሪ. የውጭ ጉዳይ ሚኒስቴር ጥሪውን ያስተላልፋል፡፡ የመመዝገቢያ መስፈርት፡- • በተባበሩት መንግስታት ድርጅት የአየር ንብረት ለውጥ ኮንቬንሽን (UNFCCC) ምልመላ መስፈርት መሠረት፣ • በኢትዮጵያ የታወቀ የከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋም በማንኛውም የትምህርት መስክ ቢያንስ የ1ኛ ዓመት ተማሪ የሆነ/የሆነች፤ • በጉባኤዎቹ ላይ ለሚሳተፉ እንግዶች በተለያዩ የፈረቃ ስምሪቶች ለማገልገል ፈቃደኛ የሆነ/የሆነች፤ • ከሚሰጡ የፕሮቶኮልና የመስተንግዶ አገልግሎቶች ጋር በተያያዘ የሚዘጋጁ የተለያዩ ሥልጠናዎችን ለመከታተል ፈቃደኛ የሆነ/የሆነች፤ • ከሱስ ልማዶች ነፃ የሆነ/የሆነች፣ መልካም ሥነ-ምግባር ያላው/ያላት፤ • ጉባኤዎቹ ከመጀመራቸው በፊት በሚካሄዱ የቅድመ-ዝግጅት ሥራዎች ላይ፣ በጉባኤዎቹ ወቅት እና እንደአስፈላጊነቱ ከጉባኤዎቹ በኋላ ለተወሰነ ጊዜ ለማገልገል ፈቃደኛ የሆነ/የሆነች፤ • በተመደቡበት የሥራ አካባቢ ሙያዊ ሥነ-ምግባርን፣ ትህትናን፣ ትዕግሥትንና ተጠያቂነትን ማሳየት የሚችል/የምትችል፤ • የበጎ ፈቃድ አገልግሎቱ ያለክፍያ መሆኑን በመረዳት ለማገልገል ፈቃደኛ የሆነ/የሆነች፤ • ሴቶች እንዲያመለክቱ ይበረታታል የቋንቋ ችሎታ አመልካቾች ቢያንስ እንግሊዝኛን በተግባር አቀላጥፎ መናገርና መጻፍ የሚችሉ መሆን አለባቸው። ከዚህ በተጨማሪ የተባበሩት መንግሥታት ሌሎች ይፋዊ የሥራ ቋንቋዎችን (ፈረንሳይኛ፣ ዓረብኛ፣ ስፓኒሽ፣ መንደሪን (ቻይና) እና ሩሲያኛ) የሚችሉ አመልካቾች በተለይ ይበረታታሉ። የምዝገባ ጊዜና መንገድ ምዝገባው ከነሐሴ 26 ቀን ጀምሮ ለአስር ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት የሚቆይ ሲሆን፣ አመልካቾች በሚከተሉት ሁለት መንገዶች መመዝገብ ይችላሉ፦ 1. በOnline ምዝገባ የምዝገባ ቅጹን በሚከተለው የኦፊሴላዊ ማስፈንጠሪያ በመጠቀም መሙላት ይቻላል፦ 👉 https://forms.gle/qHRXAh5f6kKdZ5wq5 2. በአካል ምዝገባ አመልካቾች በኢ.ፌ.ዲ.ሪ. የውጭ ጉዳይ ሚኒስቴር ዋና መሥሪያ ቤት በአካል በመገኘት መመዝገብ ይችላሉ። ቦታ፦ ከሒልተን ሆቴል ፊት ለፊት፣ አዲስ አበባ ለምዝገባ የሚያስፈልጉ ሰነዶች አመልካቾች በአካል ሲመዘገቡ፦ • የትምህርት ማስረጃ ኦሪጅናልና የማይመለስ ቅጂ፤ • ትክክለኛ የብሔራዊ መታወቂያ ወይም ፓስፖርት ይዘው መቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል። • አንድ ገጽ ግለ ታሪክ (CV) ማቅረብ፣ • ከዚህ ቀደም የበጎ ፈቃደኛነት አገልግሎት የሰጡ ከሆነ ማስረጃውን ማቅረብ፣ ማሳሰቢያ፡- • ለOnline ተመዝጋቢዎች ፋይል ስትጭኑ/upload ስታደርጉ ፎልደሩ በሙሉ ስማችሁ እስከ አያት ድረስ መሆን አለበት፡፡ የኢ.ፌ.ዲ.ሪ. የውጭ ጉዳይ ሚኒስቴር ነሐሴ 26 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም. #Ethiopia #VolunteerOpportunity
