🤴 IMPORTANT UPDATE 👑 DASHBOARD PERFORMANCE 🏎 Last weekend we migrated the server that our dashboard is hosted on in order to upgrade the capacity. During the past week we monitored how it impacted the dashboard performance, including monitoring accounts during challenges and it overall was successful. We will continue to monitor this week how things are going but the reason this is important is the more stability our core systems demonstrated in monitoring our accounts, updating metrics on the dashboard, processing all workflows; the less manual intervention that is required. There are about 2,000 people who have received EMR Breach notifications. This means their drawdown was violated but it was not caught by the system. This represents around 2% of our current active traders being affected by this. With these updates we are planning for that number to go down, but we will continue to reconcile the system we've built against the system we use as the core to make sure that our product is working as intended. PAYOUT FREQUENCY💰🔃 We understand that there is a lot of frustration with our 3 business day payout period. This means if you request a payout friday after 1 pm est, you most likely won't receive the actual payout until Wednesday, and if your account is being investigated for anything related to KYC, Prohibited Trading Strategies, IP Addresses etc, the payout could take even longer. We sincerely apologize for this experience as it truly is not representative of what we are aiming to provide to you all. At the size and scale of our business our number 1 priority is doing the most simple tasks with accuracy. THE FUTURE OF TFT 🌍🔜 We are working extremely hard on the future of our platform. In order to level up the performance of our dashboard, we are closing out several projects which once completed will drastically improve the experience and look of our systems.
