Legal versus Lawful

A six member jury in Westchester County, New York, has awarded $2 million to Fox Varian, now 22, in a medical malpractice lawsuit over a double mastectomy she underwent at age 16 in 2019. The verdict was reached January 30, 2026, after a three week trial. Varian had identified as male at the time of the surgery and later detransitioned. She sued psychologist Kenneth Einhorn and plastic surgeon Simon Chin, alleging that they failed to adequately evaluate her circumstances, communicate with one another and obtain informed consent before the irreversible procedure. The jury found both providers liable for malpractice. The award consisted of $1.6 million for past and future pain and suffering and $400,000 for future medical expenses. Reporting on the case describes it as the first U.S. malpractice case involving a detransitioner to reach a jury verdict resulting in an award to the plaintiff. Importantly, the jury’s decision was about whether the specific medical providers met the applicable standard of care in Varian’s case. It was not a blanket ruling declaring all gender related medical care for minors to constitute malpractice. For Varian, however, the consequences were deeply personal. She was a teenager when the surgery happened. Today, she is living with the permanent consequences of a decision made during adolescence. Every child deserves adults who will slow down, listen carefully, ask hard questions and protect them when the stakes are permanent. And for families facing difficult questions about identity, the responsibility to protect children should never be taken lightly.

POTUS announces that we will not be attacking Iran between now and the midterms, and that the blockade will remain in effect. Trump wants prime optics for the midterms and doesn’t want the MSM to have any narratives to spin. This operation is hardly even a “war”. It’s more of a controlled extermination, by a vastly superior military force, and whatever is left of the IRGC does not have the capability to fight back in any capacity on the kinetic battlefield. The Islamic Iranian regime have no path to victory. Their only hope is to sabotage Trump in the media, hope the Dems win the midterms, and pray they can survive the economic squeeze long enough to either impeach and remove Trump, or for a fellow globalist Democrat to win the Presidency in 2028. The only true “warfare” going on, is on the information/psychological battlefield, right here on social media. This is where the war is happening.

After watching Secretary Rubio’s speech at the Acropolis, I think I see the path forward after Trump. As Trump is currently redrawing the world map and consolidating spheres of influences, the entire Western Hemisphere is now under our jurisdiction, and I think Rubio is going to be the one who oversees the next phase of the plan after Trump is gone. Rubio’s family is originally from Communist Cuba, he speaks fluent Spanish, he was unanimously confirmed by the Senate, even by all the Democrats, and the Trump administration seem to be propping him up as the front-runner to succeed Trump. It simply makes too much sense. Trump is in the process of turning the US into a self-sustaining empire that oversees the security of the entirety of the Western Hemisphere. Rubio would resonate not just with citizens of the United States, but with citizens of all of North, Central, and South America, given his heritage and background. After Trump is done eradicating the Deep State and their global assets, I think the plan is for Rubio to oversee the next phase of the operation, which is undoing the damage done to Western Civilization by the globalists. The plan is to bring back Nationalism to combat Globalism. The days of private interests, oligarchs, and foreign adversaries, pillaging the innocent People of destabilized nations, are over. We are now the shepherds of peace and prosperity, we will ensure that all of America remains free from the tentacles of Globalism, and I think the plan is for Rubio to take the helm when Trump hangs it up.

⚠️OBSERVE THE TIMELINE⚠️ May 2020, Trump announced we would leave the WHO because of their handling of COVID. Then Biden and the Dems stole the 2020 election and revoked the withdrawal from the WHO on the first day of the Biden administration in 2021. Then on the first day of Trump’s administration in 2025, Trump signed an EO re-initiating our withdrawal from the WHO, and we officially completed the withdrawal in January of 2026. Keep this in mind as the WHO continue to drum up panic about the zero confirmed cases of “Russian plague”. Trump is all over their schemes, and he planned for whatever it is they are attempting to pull.

A dog named Kabang lost her nose and upper jaw after jumping in front of a motorcycle to save two young girls in Zamboanga City, Philippines. Then people around the world helped give her a chance to come home. Before she became known as a hero, Kabang was a family dog who loved being cuddled. Her owner, Rudy Bunggal, had found her as a small puppy in a swamp during heavy rain and brought her home. She grew close to his daughter, Dina, and Dina’s young cousin, Princess Diansing. The girls played with her, and Kabang usually stayed close to home unless she was accompanying the children. On Dec. 14, 2011, Dina and Princess were crossing a street when an approaching motorcycle came toward them. Kabang jumped into its path. Her upper snout became caught in the spokes of the motorcycle’s front wheel. The collision spared the children the direct impact, but left Kabang with devastating injuries. She lost her nose and upper jaw, and an eyelid was damaged. The dog who had protected the children now needed someone to protect her. Local veterinarians recommended putting her to sleep because of the severity of her injuries. Rudy refused. The family continued caring for Kabang, giving her medication to help prevent infection. But the specialist treatment she needed was beyond what they could afford. As her story spread, strangers began helping. A fundraising campaign called Care for Kabang, coordinated by American nurse Karen Kenngott, brought together donations from the Philippines and abroad. Approximately $27,000 was raised to help with her treatment. In October 2012, Kabang traveled to the University of California, Davis, veterinary hospital. There, doctors discovered that her facial injury was only part of what she was facing. She also had heartworm disease and an infectious cancer. Both had to be treated before surgeons could safely work on her face. Her recovery took months. After treating those conditions, veterinarians repaired her damaged eyelid and operated to close the open facial wound. They also created permanent nasal openings. They couldn’t give Kabang back her original nose or upper jaw. But they could protect her against infection and help her live an active life. In June 2013, after nearly eight months of care, Kabang was cleared to return to the Philippines. She was reunited with her family and the girls she had saved. Zamboanga welcomed her with a motorcade. Kabang rode in a pickup decorated with yellow balloons, and the mayor honored her with the title “Pride of Zamboanga.” Her life continued long after that welcome. Dr. Anton Mari Lim, the veterinarian who helped arrange her treatment, later adopted her. She greeted him when he came home and stayed beside him while he worked in the garden. Kabang lived for nearly 10 years after the accident. She died peacefully in her sleep on May 17, 2021, aged 13. A statue in her hometown now stands above her resting place, with impressions of her paw prints displayed nearby. Her face never returned to the way it had been. But she came home. She had years left to be loved, to greet someone at the gate, and to sit beside him in the garden. Kabang had stepped into danger for two children. When she needed help, people across the world made sure she wasn’t forgotten.

Did you guys hear about the 3,860 cases of endemic plague, with 423 deaths, over the course of 2019-2025? Of course you didn’t, because it was happening in the DR Congo, Madagascar, and Kenya, Biden was in office, and the MSM didn’t freak out about it. Did you know that here in the US, specifically the southwest, we see about 5 cases of plague per year? Did you ever see a media headline about that? Nope. But there isn’t even a single confirmed case of plague in Russia, yet every headline in America is “Russian plague”. Best case scenario, the US/Western MSM are just piling on this narrative because it’s Russia and they hate Russia, and it’s an extension of the Trump/Russia collusion narrative. Worst case scenario, the Deep State are going to try to pull another Covid, and blame it on Russia this time. It’s almost as if they are laying the ground work to manufacture another biological event, and Russia is their next boogeyman.
